Overall very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Room comfort and cleanliness were excellent. Breakfast "good" .

Cons:

Room was excellent EXCEPT NO USB PORTS. There was one on a night stand but non functional...not even hooked up to anything.

Pros:

Big room with kitchen, sofa and very comfortable bed. China, glass and real silverware at breakfast. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and all good.

Cons:

Elevator was at one end of the hotel. Our room was at the far end of the other.

Cons:

The odor is so bad like rotten egg when you enter the lobby. Seems like the old man who was cleaning was using non sanitary/dirty towels to wipe the floor. It stinks.

Pros:

The hotel was very nice looking when we pulled up. It was clean and smelled nice when we checked in. The front desk staff was prompt and helpful.

Cons:

Upon entering our room I noticed there was no divider curtain like there was supposed to be which was a huge issue but it was disappointing as we had planned to be able to split the room between us. I also noticed several of the lamps in our room were broken and needed to be replaced. The room was clean for the most part but had an old smell to it. I felt like it was slightly over priced for one night but we still had a good stay as we only slept and showered there.

Cons:

The hotel advertised as being 24 hours, as did the booking.com listing. When we arrived, it was early morning after my toddler had a procedure done at Children’s hospital and nobody was at the concierge desk to open the door, so we didn’t even get the room

Delightful experience and Stat
Pros:

The room was clean. The facilities were modern and updated. The staff was friendly and professional and helpful. The location is in great spot. I have no real substantive complaint. It was a good hotel stay.

Cons:

The noise. I could hear every slammed door, bump, or shout from the hotel interior rattling through my room during the day.
