L'interieur de l'appartement, la tranquillité, l emplacement

Cons:

30 minutes de retard pour nous remettre la chambre, on nous indique 10 minutes et 25 minutes plus tard nous étions obligé de retourner à l'accueil et ils avaient oublié.... Le groupe arrivé avant nous était dans la même situation.

Refus de nous communiquer un document en français mais sollicitent tout de même notre signature et refus de donner un second exemplaire, consentement biaisé

Tout était parfait comme d'habitude

Cons:

La petite incompréhension à l'arrivée lorsqu'on nous a demandé une caution alors que nous sommes fidèles clients et que d'habitude on ne nous demande pas de caution mais cela a été réglé rapidement.

Clara nos atendió en recepción muy amable, nos dio la habitación cuando llegamos, antes de la hora . Todo muy limpio, toallas, albornoces y zapatillas... Habitación amplia, sofá-cama amplio y cómodo. Aunque no usamos nada, la cocina tenía de todo, una botella de agua fresquita en la nevera y cápsulas de café...

Cons:

Muy bien ubicado en la Defense, cerca del metro, pero alrededor todo cerrado (en fin de semana, al menos)... Todo en obras alrededor. Has de coger el desayuno o ir a desayunar a Neuilly.

Appartement très bien équipe et pratique. Proximité au métro.

Cons:

La signalisation pour arriver au parking mérite d'être revue et amélioré. Idem à l'intérieur du bâtiment les panneaux pour signaler les étages ne sont pas cohérents avec ce qu'on est habitué à voir et nécessite de comprendre une logique particulière. Si vous aimez les scope games ça ne sera pas un problème pour vous :)
