**⭐ 1/5 – Worst hotel experience I've ever had**

I booked this hotel for **5 nights** as part of my honeymoon, but we stayed in the room for **less than 10 minutes** before leaving. The reality was completely different from the photos.

The biggest issue was the overwhelming presence of insects and reptiles. There were lizards and insects not only around the resort, but along the walkways, near the reception, and close to the rooms. I have a severe phobia of reptiles, and the situation caused me extreme panic. We simply could not stay.

The hotel later claimed they offered us another room, but that would not have solved the problem. The issue was not one specific room—it was the entire property. Changing rooms in the same environment made no difference.

They also claimed I left immediately, which is not true. I remained at the hotel for almost **two hours**, hoping they would find a real solution. Unfortunately, nothing meaningful was done, and we eventually had no choice but to leave and book another hotel at our own expense.

What makes this even more disappointing is that we stayed at another resort in Phuket surrounded by the same tropical nature, trees, and the beach, yet we did **not** see insects and reptiles everywhere like we did at this hotel. Their excuse that "it's because of nature" simply doesn't match our experience.

The cleanliness was also far below expectations. We stayed in several hotels during our trip to Phuket, and none of them had this level of poor cleanliness or pest presence.

Despite not using almost the entire stay, the hotel refused to show any understanding or offer any refund. There was no consideration that this was our honeymoon, no empathy for the distress we experienced, and no genuine effort to resolve the situation.

I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The photos do not reflect the actual experience we had, and this was by far the worst hotel of our entire trip.

Our stay at The Nai Harn Beach Phuket was truly amazing. We stayed for two nights from June 27th to 29th, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations.

Even before we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its professional and thoughtful service. The email communication was prompt, friendly, and detailed, showing great attention to every aspect of our stay.

After check-in, we continued to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every member of the staff made us feel welcome. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.

We highly recommend The Nai Harn Beach Phuket to anyone planning a trip to the southern part of Phuket. If you have the chance to visit this beautiful area, this hotel is definitely the place to stay. We would love to come back again in the future!

This was my first visit to Phuket, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay than the Nai Harn. I arrived in the early hours of the morning after a journey from Abu Dhabi. It was such a thoughtful surprise to find food waiting in my room. It was a small gesture, but one that immediately made me feel welcome and set the tone for the rest of my stay.

The hotel's location is simply stunning, overlooking the beautiful Nai Harn Beach with breathtaking views across the bay. It offers a peaceful atmosphere and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed and exceptionally comfortable, with large balconies that make the most of the incredible surroundings. The attention to detail throughout the resort creates a luxurious feel while remaining warm and welcoming.

The food was outstanding throughout my stay. Breakfast offered an excellent selection, with plenty of choice and high quality ingredients. One of the highlights was the Pad Thai and Mango Sticky Rice at Cosmo Restaurant both were beautifully prepared and among the best I've tasted.

What truly sets The Nai Harn apart, however, is its people. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive and genuinely passionate about providing exceptional service. Their warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression and were a big part of what made my stay so memorable.

We were so grateful to be invited for a 3-night stay at The Nai Harn Phuket, and it was truly unforgettable.

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Even with a few tropical showers, the experience remained magical, and we loved every moment.

Our Ocean View Suite was breathtaking, with spectacular views of Nai Harn Beach and the Andaman Sea. Elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, it was the perfect place to relax.

The food was exceptional, and every dining experience was memorable. Sunset drinks at Reflections Rooftop Bar and a special dinner arranged by GM Frank Grassmann and Michelin-starred Mark Jones made the stay even more special.

The sea view rooms are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to panoramic views of the Andaman Sea every morning was magical. The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and offer every comfort you could ask for.

The resort's location is simply stunning. Nestled overlooking the spectacular Nai Harn Beach, it offers one of the most beautiful settings in Phuket. Nai Harn Beach itself is pristine, peaceful, and perfect for swimming, relaxing, or watching unforgettable sunsets.

The culinary experience deserves special recognition. Every restaurant offered something exceptional. **Cosmo** served delicious international cuisine with impeccable service, **Rock Salt** delivered outstanding beachfront dining with fresh seafood and incredible ambiance, while **Reflections** was the perfect spot to unwind with breathtaking views of the iconic Promthep Cape with the best sunset in phuket , . Every meal was memorable and beautifully presented.

The cocktail selection throughout the resort is equally impressive. Whether enjoying a sunset drink or an evening cocktail, the creativity, quality, and presentation were simply world-class.

The spa experience was another highlight of our stay. The therapists are true professionals with more than a decade of experience in the spa industry, and it certainly shows. Every treatment was deeply relaxing, expertly delivered, and left us feeling completely rejuvenated.

My wife and I recently stayed at The Nai Harn for my birthday, and it reminded us why we keep coming back. The setting above Nai Harn Beach is beautiful, but what really makes the hotel special is the overall atmosphere and the people.

Our favorite parts are still the pool, Reflections sunset rooftop bar, and Hansha. The sushi was delicious, made by Arnu, and the amazing cocktails by KaiJew were another highlight. The service from Nui and Aem at Reflections made the whole experience feel personal and memorable.

We have stayed at The Nai Harn several times over the years, and it continues to feel like one of the best places in Phuket for a relaxing, special trip.

A perfect week in a beautiful hotel. All the staff were excellent - super helpful and friendly. Any request we had was dealt with quickly. The rooms have everything you could need and the position of the hotel and the views are amazing. Incredible breakfast and loved the wonderful service in the restaurants, bars and by the pool. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.
