Tutto lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto Frankie della reception ci ha assistito in modo straordinario riguardo tutte le nostre necessità.
Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet mit einer sehr coolen Badewanne, das Highlight war allerdings die super schöne Terrasse mit viel Platz und einen Blick über den Ort bis zum Meer! Das war außergewöhnlich. Auch war Frankie sehr nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und für uns ein Lokal reserviert. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben. Die hier viel monierten Kirchenglocken fand ich übrigens toll und haben gar nicht gestört… und man schaut direkt auf diese wunderschöne Kirche!
Der Platz zwischen Bettende und Wand zum Durchgehen ist schon sehr eng, man muss aufpassen, dass man nicht an den Fernseher stößt..

Not staying more time...
Clean and nice
The property ended up without light. We understood that it wasn’t there fault but to stay whole night in the middle of summer without at least electricity to switch on a fan is abit infuriating . Especially since it is a hotel id expect generators and for the people to be prepared for these inconveniences. They told us they had only one fan available which the next morning they told us another room had this fan. For the standard of the hotel id expect everyone to have at least 1 fan in each room even more so when i paid for the room and said the ac was included
Easy parking
Stairs to room 5 because I have slight knee problem. But in truth i had not informed them.
It was clean and the staff was very helpful.
Unfortuantely, we booked the room with the hot tub but this was not working. Eventually it was fixed on our second day. The staff were very helpful in this regard. The hotel was gracious enough to offer us a refund for our stay as they took the matter very seriously.

It is a cosy boutique hotel.
The lift was not functioning most of the time, which was a great inconvenience. Having to go up and down the stairs, especially while carrying luggage to the third floor, was very difficult and inconvenient.
Breakfast was excellent
It provided everything we would like to have taken ourselves. They thought of everything, down to an ironing board! The reception staff was EXCELLENT, so willing, helpful and informative, nothing was beyond his “know” and a very pleasant chap. Breakfast had plenty on offer but you couldn’t help yourself, which meant you ended up with too much of something instead of measuring just what you want, that was my only small criticism.
It’s Malta so if you dislike having church bells ringing constantly keep this in mind. However, good double glazing works great at night.
Franck, le responsable accueil pendant toute la durée de notre séjour était toujours serviable, aimable, à l'écoute et de bon conseil.
L'établissement profite du restaurant accolé pour proposer des petit déjeuner de qualité et du restaurant juste à côté qui propose des plats locaux bien garnis pour le soir ou le midi.
Toute l'île est facilement accessible en transport ou en VTC.
Bref, très bonne adresse :)
