Unkompliziertes check-in/check-out.
Excellent staff on reception.
Luxury.
Huge apartment.
Underground carpark.
Elevators from carpark to room.
Hadn't realized the carpark was extra at 22 Euro per day, which for four motorbikes would be a lot. However, turns out you only need one ticket per group, so not bad at all.
Our apartment was clean, well equipped, very comfortable and quiet.
Spacious, clean parking.
The staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice bed
Cable tv
The apartment was small and clustraphobic. The seating down stairs was uncomfortable. The whole apartment was dark and dingy. It was difficult to use the cooker as there was a large piece of wood jutting out that was dangerous and we kept banging our heads on it. It was opressive accomodation even though it was new and modern. The stairs to the bedroom on a mezanine were dangerous no handrail and there were slippery. The person in the opposite building could see right into yours and vice versa. We chose to leave a day early as we coouldnt deal with it any longer
Gorgeous place to stay with very helfpul staff on the place.
Currently there many building works taking place in the neighbourhood and we happen to be on place off-season so most of places in town were closed.
We had a wonderful stay at Andermatt Alpine Apartments. The apartment was incredibly spacious and family-friendly, comfortably accommodating our group of 7 adults and 2 young kids without feeling cramped.
We visited during the off-peak season and really appreciated how peaceful and quiet the area was — a perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The convenience of the parking setup was also a huge plus, with a lift from the carpark providing direct access to the apartment.
The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the quality utensils and cooking appliances provided, which made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy dining together in the comfort of the apartment. Overall, it felt very homely and made our family trip much more enjoyable.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return again in the near future. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a family trip to Switzerland, especially for larger groups looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
One downside was that the apartment is located quite a distance from some of the more touristy areas such as Lucerne, Interlaken, and Grindelwald, with most drives taking close to 2 hours. However, given that we were travelling as a large family group, it was quite difficult to find spacious and reasonably comfortable accommodation in those areas, so the trade-off was still understandable for us.
