Pobyt bardzo udany, jesteśmy zadowoleni.
Pros:

Znakomite śniadania, bardzo czysto i przyjemnie w restauracji. Świetna lokalizacja, obsługa pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Doskonały pomysł z kawą na wynos, korzystaliśmy chętnie spacerując plażą po śniadaniu. Już myślimy o kolejnym pobycie za rok a może nawet wcześniej poza sezonem.

Cons:

Nieco za miękki materac i zbyt małe małżeńskie łóżko jak na hotelowe standardy.

Śniadania bardzo dobre, duży wybór, niestety z dwóch ekspresów do kawy jeden miał awarię, ale kilka chwil w kolejce nie popsuły nam humoru... Pokoje czyste, sprzątane, woda oraz kawa i herbata do zaparzania uzupełniana. Profesjonalna recepcja, bardzo pomocna... Blisko do plaży i centrum miasteczka. Super miejsce...

Schöne Lage, aber bei dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis enttäuschend.
Pros:

Grundsätzlich hat das Hotel eine hervorragende Lage, ist ausreichend sauber und gepflegt. Der SPA und Poolbereich war sehr schön.
Der Kinderbereich sah sehr abwechslungsreich und großzügig aus, wurde aber von uns nicht genutzt.
Der Strand ist gepflegt und wunderschön.

Cons:

Wir sind mit 7 Personen angereist und hatten 3 Zimmer für 5 Tage gebucht. Die regulären Doppelzimmer sind sehr eng bemessen. Das house keeping war unsererseits nicht gründlich. Insgesamt war das Hotelpersonal bei Ansprache nicht unfreundlich und bemüht, aber außerhalb der Rezeption gestaltete sich die Kommunikation grundsätzlich schwierig, wenn man des Polnischen nicht mächtig war. Da auf der Halbinsel nur wenig internationales Publikum zu verweilen scheint, ist das zwar nicht verwunderlich, aber für uns dann doch eine frustrierende Erfahrung. V.a. im Gastronomiebereich empfanden wir die unerwartet notwendige Selbstfürsorge als unangemessen. Bis auf einen Kellner im Restaurant erschien das Personal durchweg unerfahren, schüchtern und ohne ausreichende Anleitung. Besonders schade war es auch, dass die wunderbare outdoor Terrasse beim Frühstück nur mit grösster Zurückhaltung beim Personal Beachtung fand. Dort zu frühstücken war ansonsten herrlich, wenn man sich um die Überreste der Vorgänger gekümmert hatte.
Das Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant im 4. Stock war ordentlich, aber das im Hotel angebotene Abendbuffet war sein Geld nicht wert. Ausgetrockneter Fisch, sehr zähes Fleisch und insgesamt geschmacklich sehr flach gehalten. Wir haben es nur 1x wahrgenommen, man kann außerhalb besser und deutlich günstiger essen.
Bei einem europäischen 4 Sterne Hotel hätten wir für den Preis einen höheren Standard erwartet. Als nicht polnische Gäste fühlten wir uns irgendwie nicht erwünscht.

Przepięknie zlokalizowany hotel i bardzo sympatyczna, profesjonalna obsługa.

Cons:

Za prawie 1500 zł za noc oczekiwałbym znacznie wyższego standardu.
Pod prysznicem jeden płyn 5 w 1 - spodziewałbym się chociaż oddzielnego mydła i szamponu, rozpadający się kosz na śmieci i fatalnej jakości pościel.
Obsługa na plaży hotelowej urzęduje do godziny 17 więc jeśli przyjechałeś po 17 to zapomnij o ręczniku. Leżaki rozrzucone po plaży. Śniadanie mierne.

Cons:

Hotel niestety mocno mnie rozczarował. Obiekt jest wyraźnie wysłużony i wymaga gruntownego remontu. Wyposażenie pokoi oraz części wspólnych nosi ślady intensywnego użytkowania, a całość sprawia wrażenie zaniedbanej i zatrzymanej w czasie.

Dużym minusem jest brak klimatyzacji. W cieplejsze dni pobyt staje się po prostu niekomfortowy, szczególnie w nocy, kiedy trudno odpocząć.

Śniadania również pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Wystarczy przyjść trochę później, aby zauważyć, że wiele potraw jest już wyjedzonych i nie są na bieżąco uzupełniane. Wybór jest przeciętny, a jakość nie odpowiada standardowi, którego można oczekiwać po cenie pobytu.

Strefa SPA także wymaga odświeżenia. Jest stara, mało atrakcyjna i sprawia wrażenie zaniedbanej. Zamiast miejsca relaksu otrzymujemy obiekt, który najlepsze lata ma już za sobą.

Biorąc pod uwagę cenę, oczekiwałem znacznie wyższego standardu. Na rynku jest wiele lepszych hoteli oferujących świeższe wnętrza, lepszą obsługę i wyższą jakość usług w podobnym budżecie. Niestety nie mogę polecić tego miejsca i z pewnością nie zdecydowałbym się na ponowny pobyt.
