Extremely rude owners.
Cons:

Unfriendly unhelpful staff. We asked politely if they could book us a reservation in a restaurant as we don’t speak French. They refused. Rude owners who later shouted and harangued us in the street in public for simply opening the wrong door to the street in error as it was dark and we couldn’t see the instructions on the back of the door. Deeply upsetting. We would never stay there again. Shame as it’s a pretty hotel in a lovely location.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, zentral gelegenen zauberhaften Hotel. Dicht am Schloss und direkt in der Fußgängerzone ist das Hotel ruhig und mit dem kleinen Innenhof eine wirkliche Oase. Die Zimmer sind ganz neu und auch die übrige Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr sehr geschmackvoll, liebevoll ungemütlich. Zusätzlich war das Personal unglaublich freundlich.
Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal wiederkommen.

Pros:

Emplacement parfait, établissement de charme et accueil au top

Cons:

le seul point négatif est qu'il n'y a pas de parking très proche de l'hotel... mais cela n'est pas un inconvénient.
