Tive duas diárias.
Na primeira (03 a 04/05/2026), Chegamos por volta de 22h, passamos a noite e saímos na manhã seguinte às 10h. Meu marido esqueceu uma calça Jeans. Enviei mensagem e disseram que não estava lá. Impossível. Deveriam ter um esquema de achados/perdidos pelo menos por 30 dias. Não há outra hipótese de ter perdido em outro lugar. Houve desvio.
Na segunda (11 a 12/05/2026), no primeiro apartamento que me foi disponibilizado a água não esquentava e tomei banho frio. Depois disso pedi para trocar. Fomos bem atendidos pelos funcionários.

Toalhas e tapete do banheiro encardidas e rasgado. Não tinha secador, não tinha copo pra água. Café da manhã bem fraco.
