We had a great time, enjoyed the pool, breakfast was great, no parking fees. Staff was very accommodating and courteous.

The hotel was conveniently located and reasonably priced, but my stay was disappointing due to a noi
Pros:

1. Location to my destination, i did not have to drive in downtown Ottawa during rush hour.
2. Cheaper than similar hotel in the area.
3. I only had to stay for one night

Cons:

1. I requested a room in a quiet area via Booking.com, but I ended up with one right in front of the elevator, one of the busiest spots in the hotel. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told that only rooms near the elevator were available. As an old fart with friends and family working in tourism, I had a hard time believing that was really the case.
2. Room 208 was particularly disappointing. Although it has a window, the only view is a wall, which makes the room feel dark and confined.

Just what you need for a stay close to the airport.
Pros:

It had a free airport shuttle and luggage storage.
The buffet breakfast was great. It was quiet, had comfortable beds, good pillows and was clean.

Classic airport hotel
Pros:

Easy to get to the airport, room was nice and big, staff were excellent

Cons:

I wish the shuttle started before 5am. 6am flights are fairly common. Also breakfast could start a little earlier as well. They do give you a little to go bag with a bagel and an apple though.
