The room wasnt very clean, floors and furniture all seemed a bit greasy, not like I expected from NH. Bathroom was ok, though the shower could use a good cleaning and new sealant. Bed was fine and bed linen clean..

Een heel fijn hotel als uitvalsbasis
Pros:

Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en heerlijk. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ziet er goed verzorgd uit. Vanuit het hotel was het 20 minuten lopen naar de binnenstad. Dat was te doen, maar ook een beetje lang elke keer bij 35 graden.

Cons:

De airco leek het lastig te hebben om de kamer te verkoelen bij 35 graden buiten, hij kon niet lager gezet worden dan 20 graden. En ik betwijfelde of het dan ook daadwerkelijk zoveel koeler werd. Ik denk dat het een automatisch airconditioning systeem van het hotel was. Verder was het hotel wat lastiger te vinden en hebben we echt wel eventjes moeten rondrijden met de auto voor we de garage vonden van het hotel. Dit stond niet goed aangegeven. Wellicht handig om (wat meer) bordjes te plaatsen voor toekomstige gasten :)

ארוחת הבוקר לא ברמת 4 כוכבים. על אומלט מבקשים תוספת תשלום, היה צורך להמתין שימלאו מנות /קערות יותר מכמה פעמים, מבחר מנות מצומצם יחסית.

NH Trento continues to be a fabulous place to stay
Pros:

As usual, all staff we dealt with were welcoming and friendly. As I have said before the staff at NH Trento all seem to have that wonderful blend of professionalism and personal warmth in their characters and personalities. This visit we had great friendly service from Linda in the restaurant, and from Jasmine, Arianna and her colleague at the front desk. Unfortunately we didn't get to see Simone the front desk manager who always makes guests feel so very welcome. I personally managed a large resort in Key West Florida for many years so I know a well managed hotel when I see one and I can assure you that NH Trento is a very well managed hotel. It's a great place to stay.
