Die Lage gegenüber des Hbf ist hervorragend und die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind leise und hell.

Cons:

Leider war im Zimmer kein Schreibtisch sondern nur ein sehr schmales Board, so dass man hier nicht ungestört arbeiten konnte. Die Möglichkeiten im Innenhof und in der Lobby haben dies zwar ersetzt, aber eben nicht ohne Umgebungsgeräusche.
Und in den Tagen /Abenden meines Aufenthaltes war die Roofbar (Grund meiner Wahl) leider geschlossen. Würde es aber noch einmal probieren …

9泊10日の拠点としてホッとできる滞在でした
Pros:

ベルリン中央駅至近の最高のロケーション。観光の拠点として便利でした。
スタッフの方がとても親切で感じが良かった。お願いにはレスポンス早く対応していただき、とくに部屋の清掃担当の方々には本当にお世話になりました。

Cons:

シャワーブースのドアのパッキンに隙間があったのか、初日にシャワーを浴びたら盛大に水が外に漏れ出してしまったので、翌日以降はシャワーの水を向ける向きに気を使った。また洗面台の排水が弱くて水を出したらシンクに溜まってなかなか排水されない点が気になった。

A comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service, great coffee and comfortable location
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, with everything I needed nearby. The self check-in and check-out process was very convenient, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. My room was small but perfect for one person, and the large terrace balcony was a wonderful bonus. Overall service were excellent.

Cons:

The digital key did not always work reliably, but the staff quickly provided a physical key and solved the issue. Other than that, everything met my expectations.
