Schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr umsichtig.
Gute Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut erreichbar und Hauptbahnhof sowie U/S Bahn vor der Haustür.
Pizzeria im Hotel ist gut und erschwinglich.
Weitere Gepäckaufbewahrung nach dem check out möglich.

Cons:

Man checkt selbst an einem Terminal ein. Es stand zwar eine Dame am Empfang, diese war jedoch sehr schnippisch als wir doch Hilfe benötigten.
Das Innendesign des Hotel ist dunkel und drückend.

Jederzeit gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage! Unmittelbar am Hbf Berlin und direkter Zugang zur U Bahn. Selbst Kanzleramt usw. waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer war etwas schmal und die Ablagemöglichkeit gering. Die Größe des Zimmers war aber schon vorher bekannt.
Die Matratze war hervorragend 😀 habe bisher in einem Hotel vom 1. Tag an, noch nie so gut geschlafen. Das Personal, vom Rezeptionsbereich bis zum Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam.
