Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but a small birthday gesture would have made it truly memorable.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

I informed the hotel in advance that I was celebrating my birthday and kindly requested a small complimentary gesture. Considering the price of the stay, even a simple complimentary cake or a small birthday treat would have been a thoughtful gesture and made the occasion feel more special. I understand this may not be a standard service, but it would certainly leave a lasting positive impression on guests celebrating special occasions.

Thank you Avari team for making my trip special once again. I would like to extend my appreciation to the reception staff, specially Ms. Rashna who is very friendly and always ready to help. She deserves great appreciation. Also want to thank Mr.Shayan who is such a nice and humble person and always go extra mile to make guests feel comfortable.

My stay was perfect and very good overall. At checkout, I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Rashna.
She was extremely talented, Mashallah, and her hospitality was excellent. The way she entertained me and helped with the checkout process was remarkable.
Because of her, my checkout was handled very quickly and smoothly.
I really appreciated her service and the way she spoke.
If you keep staff like her, I believe it will be great for us as clients too. She has a very positive attitude, and my stay was wonderful because of it.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel with delicious breakfast buffet and large outdoor pool available. Service is quite good and hotel restaurants are expensive but good.

As to alcohol, there are menus available in the rooms but you must go to the 15th floor business lounge to place your order. It will either be delivered to your room or you will have to discreetly carry it yourself back to your room.

Nice start-up place to discover Karatchi
Pros:

In the heart of Karatchi, walking distance from currency exchange services. Atmosphere is quite and bright. Did like the design of the bathroom (glass doors in the middle of the room). People are nice especially I can remember Duaa Zahraa and Rushno. It's pricey a bit.

Cons:

Bedding and comfort. Service was bad. Piss stains on the sofa bed and the extra bed they provided. Did not stay there. Left the property without refund.
