Overall experience was great. Really good staff,ambiance and services.
Over all we had good experience. Vinay and Sham has been very helpful in executive lounge. The snacks were fresh but limited varity.

I had a great experience at Avari Towers Hotel. The reception staff Ms.Rashana & others were very cooperative, polite, and welcoming. Their excellent service made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Except the smoker floor room allocated to non smokers.
I had high expectations before booking this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
I had requested a king-size bed, but instead, two single beds were pushed together, leaving a large gap in the middle. This made sleeping very uncomfortable. When I requested a room change, I was informed that no rooms were available, and no alternative solution was offered.
The room itself was not properly maintained. The bathroom drainage was very poor, and after taking a shower, water overflowed from the bathroom into the room. This is something I would not expect from a hotel of this reputation.
The biggest disappointment was our dinner at the Sky Café. While we were dining, it suddenly started raining. Surprisingly, there was no contingency plan or proper alternative arrangement for guests. Our dinner was completely disrupted, and we were only offered seats at the Fujima Restaurant. Some of the dishes served there were tasteless and appeared to have been affected by the rain, which made the dining experience even worse. Despite the inconvenience, no apology, compensation, or goodwill gesture was offered by the management.
Throughout the stay, I found the customer service to be poor. Staff were polite but unable to resolve the issues we experienced. For a hotel that positions itself as a premium property, I expected much better attention to guest comfort and satisfaction.
Overall, this stay was far below my expectations. Basic standards such as comfortable bedding, proper room maintenance, effective bathroom drainage, and contingency planning for outdoor dining should be guaranteed. Unfortunately, none of these expectations were met.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving the basics before promoting luxury services. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Staff was exceptional and the service with the smile was especially a staple , miss Javeria and the rest of the welcoming wagon all were so nice through check in and out

The food was really good, it came quickly, and Moona is very respectful and helpful. Our waiter Usman was also quick with service. The service and food quality was excellent overall but I'd recommend dimming down the lighting in dynasty. The lights are too bright.

Highly recommend the 15th-floor business lounge at Avari Karachi! My son and I loved the unique variety of options at the afternoon high tea. A huge thank you to Aliek for his exemplary service—he always welcomed us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed.
