Absolutely horrid

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the standards we expected from a five-star hotel. The hotel lacked the ambience and atmosphere that we associate with a property of this rating.

The room we were allocated was dark, dingy, and dated. It appeared as though it had not been updated since the 1960s, which was very disappointing considering the amount we paid for our stay. It genuinely felt as though we had been placed in a dungeon rather than a luxury hotel room.

We also felt uncomfortable as the security staff appeared to be watching us closely, which gave us the impression that we were being treated as though we were criminals.

Overall, this was not a pleasant stay, and it fell well short of our expectations. Sadly, this was our first visit, and it will also be our last.

The experience I stay in Avari Tower hotel is really an unforgettable experience.I was surprised by the room services and the food here and give me a special impression.The room cleaning services are beyond my expectations and I gratitude for Faisal Zaib and poonum details of everywhere in the room and make me feel satisfied.They went above and make every small thing in good order.Their warm attitudes and responsibly leave a good impression not only for me but also for my family.
