I recently stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming. The staff was courteous and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention to Madam Roshna from the management team—she was truly exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail stood out, and she made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her support and warm attitude really made a difference.
The only downside during our stay was the change in the hotel’s policy regarding outside food. Previously, guests were allowed to bring food from outside, but this is no longer permitted. Unfortunately, this was inconvenient for us, and we didn’t appreciate this change, as it limited our options.
That said, aside from this one issue, everything else was excellent. I would still recommend this hotel for its great service, cleanliness, and overall hospitality.

During morning shower hot water stopped before I finished. Called guest services. Hotel needs to warn guests if water will be stopped for maintenance!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Ms. Javaria, who was very polite, efficient, and made the check-in process quick and smooth. She also upgraded my stay, which made the experience even more special. I truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday wishes and the lovely token gesture of sending a cake. It made my stay memorable and highly enjoyable.
I honestly liked everything about my stay and did not experience anything negative. The service, hospitality, and overall experience were excellent throughout my visit.
