服务人员非常热情，主动帮忙租电动车，也没要押金之类的，早餐很丰盛，有困难找他们都能得到帮助。

La struttura è bella accogliente pulita e soprattutto molto confortevole. Le camere sono ampie e il bagno super. Il personale è speciale. Un soggiorno top

The team here are fantastic. The most friendly and helpful staff we’ve come across in 5 weeks of travelling Indonesia. Most places have great staff but the Belukar team it feels much more genuine and warm rather than staged. Even the banter with the breakfast staff makes the place feel lovely to be in and hearing them all get along like a family is heart warming.
The pool is incredible, it’s huge and kept super clean. The kids loved it and I managed to get solid lengths in for exercise.
The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms are really spacious and sealed from outside which is nice.

Paradise! This is an excellent place to stay. The staff were so friendly. The food was delicious and the villa was stunning! We loved staying here. It was 2 minutes bike ride to the beach and many great restaurants. I would go back tomorrow it was so amazing.

Residence con diverse villette autonome attorno ad una piscina molto bella immersa nel verde. Tutto molto curato e pulito. Staff molto gentile e disponibile per organizzare transfer ed escursioni. Colazione ottima con diverse opzioni sia dolci che salate. L'isola di gira in bici e le spiagge sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti.

One of the best places we stayed in Indonesia ❤️

We travelled around Indonesia for a whole month, and this was honestly one of the best places we stayed.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt so welcomed. The staff were incredibly genuine, friendly and happy, and they made us feel right at home.

Our room was absolutely lovely — cosy, warm, clean and comfortable, with everything we could possibly need. From vodka to Paracetamol in the minibar 😂 — they really thought of everything!

The swimming pool was clean, warm and didn’t feel overloaded with chemicals, which was amazing. The whole property was peaceful, quiet and very well maintained.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and was delivered directly to our room, which was such a lovely touch.

We genuinely loved staying here and would happily recommend this place to everyone. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate — this place is truly one of the best of the best! ❤️

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft, die ein bisschen abseits des großen Trubels liegt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, hängt jedoch auch stark davon ab welches Personal es gerade zubereitet.

Wij waren hier met ons gezin van vijf personen. We hadden een kamer aan het algemene zwembad en een villa met privé zwembad. Ons verblijf was fantastisch! Alles ziet er super mooi uit en het personeel is zo ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzaam! Ze hebben ons met heel veel geholpen. De villa was heerlijk met het eigen zwembad. Het grote algemene zwembad was ook top. De kamers waren netjes en schoon. Het ontbijt en de rest van het eten was heerlijk! De ligging vonden wij ook perfect. Niet in de drukte, dus een oase van rust. Op de fiets ben je overal zo! Dus je kan de drukte zelf opzoeken. Je moet hier een keer geweest zijn!

The staff were fantastic; special shoutout to Made, Toni, Dina, Waylan and Windah for making our stay so special. Breakfast was amazing every morning. The rooms were lovely and the hotel was only a short walk to the beach.
