Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Lucky Monkey Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und komfortabel. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet – der Strand sowie viele Restaurants, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu erreichen.

Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde schnell eingegangen und wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der wunderschöne Meerblick, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und mit frischen Produkten zubereitet.

Sauberkeit, Komfort, Lage, Aussicht und Service waren hervorragend. Wir können das Lucky Monkey Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Antalya gerne wieder.

Baştan sona harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Otele giriş yaptığımız ilk andan itibaren ekibin güler yüzlü, samimi ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı bizi çok mutlu etti. Resepsiyondan kat hizmetlerine kadar tüm çalışanlar son derece nazik, ilgili ve profesyoneldi. Her talebimiz dikkatle dinlendi ve kısa sürede karşılandı. Misafir memnuniyetine gerçekten önem verildiğini her ayrıntıda hissedebiliyorsunuz.

Temizlik konusunda da otel beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Odamız ilk girişimizde tertemiz, düzenli ve ferah durumdaydı. Banyo, nevresimler, havlular ve odadaki tüm kullanım alanları son derece temizdi. Günlük oda temizliği özenle yapıldı ve ihtiyaçlarımız eksiksiz şekilde tamamlandı. Sadece odalar değil, otelin ortak kullanım alanları da gün boyunca temiz, bakımlı ve düzenliydi.

Ekibin sıcak ilgisi sayesinde kendimizi yalnızca bir otel misafiri gibi değil, gerçekten değer verilen özel konuklar gibi hissettik. Çalışanların güler yüzü, samimiyeti ve yardımseverliği konaklamamızı çok daha güzel hâle getirdi. Huzurlu, temiz ve kaliteli bir konaklama arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Her şey için tüm ekibe ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle 10 üzerinden 10; yeniden gelmeyi çok isteriz!

Pros:

De locatie was prima en de kamer was redelijk schoon.

Cons:

Mijn spullen werden beneden bij het eigen strand van het hotel gestolen. Daarna werd mijn hotel pas gebruikt om voor ongeveer 6.000 TL aan eten te betalen. Op basis van wat er is gebeurd heb ik sterk het vermoeden dat mensen daar of medewerkers hierbij betrokken waren. Het personeel was onvriendelijk, hielp niet mee en ging onprofessioneel met de situatie om. Daarnaast was het hotel erg lawaaierig.

Pros:

Location is absolutely amazing the beach front is wow and the food very tasty and hotel is unique style.
Hotel staff is very supportive and responsive.
When i raised my request they directly responded and changed my room, moreover apologised with a nice fruit platter.

First time to turkey and the lucky monkey didn’t disappoint.
Pros:

Last minute booking and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff were all lovely. Very accommodating, would defo come back. The private beach was amazing!

Cons:

Not that I didn’t like it but the pool was inside the hotel. Not a problem but would have been nice to have had one outside.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lucky Monkey Hotel and would gladly stay here again.
I traveled to Antalya for some me time, so my goal was to have a safe, peaceful, and comfortable place to stay. Lucky Monkey exceeded all of my expectations.
The staff was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Every morning they sent me a WhatsApp message to check on me, ask how I was feeling, and see if I needed anything. That level of care made me feel genuinely welcomed.
They went above and beyond throughout my stay. When I had trouble ordering food through the local delivery apps, they kindly helped me order from Domino's and McDonald's. They also found and arranged a nearby salon when I wanted to get my eyelashes done.
Every member of the team—the morning staff, afternoon staff, evening staff, and even the bar staff—was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was filling my cup with ice or answering my questions, they made everything easy.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, relaxing, and, most importantly, I felt completely safe during my stay.
Thank you to everyone at Lucky Monkey Hotel for making my stay and my visit to Antalya such a positive experience. I truly hope to return one day, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya. ❤️🫶🏽🇹🇷

Особенно понравилась работа персонала. Здесь сотрудники как настоящие золотые рыбки, которые исполняют желания гостей. Стоит только попросить и через несколько минут они принесут вам воду или лёд, даже глубокой ночью. Персонал всегда на связи по WhatsApp что создаёт ощущение абсолютного комфорта и заботы. Такое внимание к деталям и готовность помочь в любой ситуации делает отдых по настоящему комфортным. Каждый сотрудник работает с улыбкой и искренним желанием вам помочь. Я искренне благодарю команду отеля за их труд и душевное отношение и уверенностью рекомендую этот отель всем кто ценит не только сервис но и человеческое тепло.

False advertising do not believe the photos or mention of facilities

Advertising facilities that are not available for example the pool it was closed the beach club I was turned away twice after walking down the side of a cliff in red hot temperatures because they were having a party so the two things I booked the hotel for I could not use! In hight of summer unable to cool off in pool facilities customers pay good money for not available! When I chased a refund up or even a partial refund due to false advertising it was denied! The balcony was tiny the rooms ran down and mould ridden key card broke three times food massively over priced £10 euro for one effes at the so called beach club check prices outside of the hotel nothing to do you will have to travel!
