Todo limpio y el personal muy atento
El personal es excelente. Amables, atentos y dispuestos a colaborar.
El cobro del IVA siendo extranjero sólo porque el sello de Migración era por 15 días. Eso no lo especificaba el contrato de reserva y tuve que pagar más de lo contratado.

Mi hermano fue quien reservó y me comentó que era con desayuno y al preguntar en la mañana me informaron que no era con desayuno, además dijeron al principio un precio y al llegar al hotel era otro mucho más caro
El baño no estaba bien limpio , habia crema dental pegada en el lavamamos y cabello de mujer, no habia papel higienico

No del alojamiento si DE LOS OTROS HUÉSPEDES , deben ingresar a sus habitaciones sin tanta bulla

La atención del personal, todos fueron muy amables y nos asistieron con la impresión de una hoja que necesitamos. Buena ubicación si vas a hacer diligencias cerca del centro de la ciudad.
Las toallas están muy utilizadas por lo que son muy ásperas y de un color gris (curtido). El aire acondicionado apenas enfriaba y por más que lo notifiqué en recepción no nos cambiaron de habitación. Las sábanas tenían un olor a humedad, al parecer no son secadas usando una secadora. Se acabó el gel de baño y no fue repuesto durante las 3 noches que nos alojamos. El desayuno muy poco variado, los 3 días comimos lo mismo.
