Celkově příjemný hotel, skvěle jídlo. Báječný personál.
Pros:

Skvěle večeře- nemohli jsme ani vše sníst 😉, ale je zvláštní platit i za obyčejnou vodu k jídlu 🤔 V pokojích je všude čisto, květiny na terasa a u vchodu by si zasloužily lepší péči 😞Personál je naprosto fantasticky.

Cons:

U hotelu je autobusová zastávka, ale autobus zde jezdí velmi málo, musíte jinam .

Pros:

Skvělé výchozí místo, pokoj byl hezký i čistý. Splnilo to naše očekávání. Zařízení je spíše starší, ale dostačující. Nečekejte žádný luxus. Bazén hezký, ale nefungovali masážní trysky. Nicméně krásné zázemí s výhledem na moře, bar, lehátka a slunečníky. Měli jsme na celý pobyt půjčený skutr, skvělé parkování přímo před hotelem. Na nejbližší pláž Spiaggia Cava Dell'Isolaje to zhruba 200 m . Pláž je krásná, řekla bych nejhezčí z celé Ischie. Jako jedna z mála celá volná bez placených slunečníků. V hotelu se dá slunečník půjčit. Využili jsme polopenzi. Snídaně byli dobré, každý den sice stejné , ale dostatečný výběr. Večeře byli výborné - italské.

Cons:

Dražší nápoje. Pokud si budete chtít dát k večeři víno, pivo,vodu nebo cokoliv v baru u bazénu, ceny jsou vyšší.

We really loved the pool, view of the sunset and the shuttle service and the staff were very welcoming.

There were ants on our bed, I found one crawling on me earlier in the day and then again going to bed there was
Multiple red ants crawling on the bed and on our floor, and when we told front desk the staff just gave us a new sheet and asked us if we ate in the bed (which we didn’t). Beds are also very hard. We also were a bit upset that the first night there my husband got kicked out of the pool at 7:40 when we were told it was closed at8. Another thing was the shuttle service, we reserved it to drop us off at the Forio port for our checkout day and we almost missed our ferry because they were doubled booked and we didn’t end up leaving on time. Other than that it was a great stay I just didn’t like the lack of compensation especially having ants crawling in our bed and simply getting a new sheet, the price value was high for the service received.

Ladies trip for 3 nights
Pros:

The view and location is amazing situated about halfway between Poseidon and downtown Forio with an amazing view of the sea. Beach across the street and some great little lunch spots right on the water. I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was always very helpful even when we added a guest in the middle of our stay they immediately had a bed added to our room.

Cons:

The property needs some upkeep.

Schone kamer met zeezicht, zeer vriendelijk barpersoneel en personeel bij ontvangst. Locatie is top, 5 minuten lopen naar een prachtig strand met een fantastisch restaurant en een kwartier naar het centrum van Forio. Shuttle service naar Thermen Poseidon en centrum is ook goed geregeld. Al met al een heerlijk hotel!

Cons:

Douchen in het bad en ontbijt had iets uitgebreider kunnen zijn.

Fantastic 5 days in Ischia.
Pros:

Excellent hotel with exceptional staff. Everyone from the front desk, to the dining room were professional, friendly and always helpful. Service was exceptional. The shuttle bus was very very convenient if you did not have a car. Regular shuttles to the thermal baths, Citara beach, or Forio. The view from the pool is exceptional.

Posizione molto bella con vista su mare e tramonto. Staff molto disponibile e gentile. Cena ottima: si notano gli ingredienti di buona qualità che vengono serviti e la varietà.

Cons:

Si potrebbe migliorare la colazione, sia in termini di qualità che quantità. C'è poca offerta per quanto riguarda la colazione salata ed è un peccato.

Personale gentile, servizio navetta perfetto, pulizia ottima, camera con vista mare bella, abbondante e buonissima colazione, terrazza con piscina vista tramonto spettacolare!

Cons:

Camere pulite ma datate! Rubinetteria non da 4 stelle, rovinate e vecchie!
