Easy access to the hotel
.parking easy.good custmer service,helpful friendly staff.comfy bed.

Cons:

Overall very tired and dated, have commented this several times but good value for money £41 but higher prices I wont stay unless refurbishment took place..

A convenient overnight stop
Pros:

We stayed here for a night while travelling, and it was a convenient stop. The hotel is located at a service area, so it was easy to grab food and drinks. The room was decent, perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Although the room looked a little dated, it was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.

Cons:

The only downsides were that the hot water wasn't quite hot enough, and we could occasionally hear some noise from large trucks passing by.

In the right place for us to stop

Cons:

Beds were not made properly, the opening of duvet cover was at the top near pillows and duvet inside looked disgusting, pillows had hair on them. i slept on top of bed, bathroom was not very clean. Very poor compared to the one on the South which we used the week before

Disappointing.
Cons:

Hot water was not working properly, TV was not working properly . The toilet did smell of urine. The manager in the morning was very pleasant to me and apologised for the inconvenience and informed that I would get my money back.

A surprisingly good stay well worth the money
Pros:

I have to say, the staff were excellent. The young lady dealt very well with a problematic customer before us very polite and courteous. Couldn’t have been more helpful for us.
The room was surprisingly decent. I have to admit I didn’t go in with any high expectations but it was actually better than I expected the bed was incredibly comfortable. A lovely king-size. The shower worked perfectly well. Everything was very clean.
And booking via Booking.com I couldn’t believe how good value it was in comparison to booking elsewhere

Cons:

To be honest for the money we paid nothing we will definitely visit again if we have to make a stop over in Hampshire
