Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed our time here.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view that we truly appreciated every day. Everything in the room worked perfectly, and the housekeeping was excellent. The room was cleaned every day, and the bed linen and towels were changed regularly, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting Neos Marmaras.

Cons:

The only suggestion we would make is to consider adding a few more basic amenities to the room, such as cups, glasses, and an electric kettle. These are small details, but they would make the accommodation even more convenient and enjoyable for guests.

The owners are very kind ❤️
The room was exceptionally clean (it’s cleaned every day). The location of the property is fantastic, it’s in the heart of Neos Marmaras with a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops around. There’s a pharmacy right next to the hotel.
I would stay here again.

Намира се на центъра в близост до всички заведения.Шефа е много готин пич и персонала също.Малко е далечко от плажа но се свиква.Уникална гледка от терасата към пристанището.

Cons:

Ще бъде хубаво терасите да се разделят с нещо плътно така че да не се вижда в съседната стая.Трудно се намира място за паркиране но не е болка.На пристана има.

Nice hotel in the very center of Neas Marmaras
Pros:

Very good and central location in Neas Marmaras, everything you need is around you. Andreas and Katerina are great hosts full of energy and smiles :) They can definitely make you feel very well welcomed. I wish them all the best :)

Cons:

toilet pan was leaking during the first night of our stay, but they fixed it on the very next morning so no complains whatsoever.
