Basically a bed rental in a pretty box. Hospitality experience really lacking.
Pros:

Nice design o the public spaces.

Cons:

No water in room; no access to drinking water in facility outside of operating businesses, bad lighting in room. Parking isn’t owned by hotel. Loud.

My welcome to downtown providence
Pros:

A surprising and nice change for your normal cookie cutter place for slumber.
Some glam and old world charm. Adds to the vacation.

Close to Historic Park Theater venue we attended.
Pros:

The bathroom was awesome! The room small with a super creaky bed. Twas quaint though for 1 night. Dillon at the front desk was super! He let us borrow a charger for our phone.

Cons:

Parking was almost as much as the room, $42. Won't be coming back.

Complete BS hotel
Pros:

It was located conveniently

Cons:

Everything. The room was small and had bunk beds like a prison cell. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the temperature controls didn’t work. There wasn’t any bottled water or even a coffee maker in the room and there wasn’t a vending machine or anything or ice maker. Absolutely horrendous and expensive

One Night Stay
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy and all interactions with staff were pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping and is close to the airport. I took an UBER from the hotel at 4:15 AM and had no issues getting a car, with a 15 minute arrival at the airport. Amenities include hairdryer, toiletries, and cable television. Be advised that there is no coffee machine. I did hear some noise throughout the night, but fully expected that being in an urban area. My favorite was the elevator, nice historic touch!

Only stayed one night. Super loud "racing car" sounds from the street at 2am had us packing up and leaving before dawn.
Pros:

Location is good but that's about all. This "boutique" hotel has zero amenities -- not looking for anything fancy but a wastebasket, tissues, clock and coffee maker would be nice. The elevator is downright dangerous. Definitely overpriced! There are several reputable chain hotels within a block of this place and I will choose one of those next time.

Cool hotel with a good location
Pros:

This is a hip boutique hotel with a good location in Downtown Providence. It's close to the convention center and several bars and restaurants, and it's a 10-12 minute walk to the Providence Amtrak station.

Service was friendly, and while my room and bed was small, the bathroom was spacious, and everything was stylish and clean. There is an elevator, but it seems to be original to the building, so it's tiny, but charming.

Like instagram? stay here. Like comfortable hotels? Go elsewhere
Pros:

This hotel is all about image and appealing on Instagram, and bad at most of the functional requirements of being a hotel. The bar and restaurant were hard to access. The coffee bar didn't open because staff didn't show up. The room is spartan to the point of uncomfortable.
