Buen hotel para visitar la ciudad
Pros:

Muy recomendable el alojamiento, en el corazón del barrio El Escalón. Muy comodo para moverse por la ciudad. La habitación era muy amplia y limpia, con nevera y botellas de agua de cortesia.
El trato del personal excelente, destacar a Rita, la persona de recepción que es muy atenta y eficiente.

Issues were resolved timely
Pros:

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few issues and they took care of them. I liked the bed and property itself.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I spoke to the staff at breakfast in Spanish telling her I was a vegetarian and she still put ham in my omelette anyway then laughed about it when I confronted her. It made me very sick and it was a very serious situation. I also didn’t like that the bathrooms were so small and that I had a few issues in my room but the staff took care of them promptly so that helped.
