Pros:

En general, el Hotel cumple con creces las expectativas en todos los sentidos pero si tuviera que citar algo en especial, me quedo con la disposición y encanto de su personal; es un gusto encontrarse con tan buena cordialidad y disposición, y creo que es el mayor patrimonio que tiene este alojamiento. Por lo demás, la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones fué superior, el desayuno es muy rico y fresco y la ubicación entiendo que, si bien no está en el casco histórico, si que se situa en una zona céntrica, con mucha vida y a una distancia más que aceptable de los encantos de San Salvador en transporte público que no significa en absoluto un inconveniente. En definitiva, buena relación calidad precio y a mi juicio, recomendable.

Cons:

El aislamiento de la habitación no es muy completo. De hecho, en tres días hubo lanzamiento de fuegos artificiales y cohetes que desconocemos a que se debían y se sentían como si los tuvieras a unos metros. Mi pareja en particular, lo sufrió bastante porque la verdad, suponían una verdadera alteración y más tratándose de noche. Las ventanas deberían gozar de un cierre más hermético ya que parece, que este tipo de situaciones ruidosas se dan con cierta frecuencia.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and even though they couldn't speak English, they tried their best to translate using the phone. They assist with the arrangement of tours. The prime wire was in English so I was able to enjoy watching TV.

Cons:

They should have a buffet breakfast than continental. It was a little repetitive to eat the same thing all the time because of the limited options. More options are needed with breakfast drinks such as having varied teas, hot chocolate and coffee.

The hotel was well organized when we arrived, aswell as very clean. I had no issues with anything. The the tour was an amazing experience. The tour guides were very respectful and kind. I would stay here again if I had a chance.
