Pros:

Wir waren von La Piazzetta richtig begeistert. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir wurden mit einem Getränk herzlich begrüßt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liebevoll gemacht. Man merkt, dass der Besitzer mit vollem Herzblut dabei ist. Ein weiteres tolles Detail war, dass wir über die tagesaktuellen Veranstaltungen informiert wurden und jederzeit Fragen konnten.

You will feel like at home
Pros:

The whole team was very welcoming and made sure we had a great stay, especially Augustin. The hotel is located close to main attractions in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is free public parking and the hotel provides super fast laundry service.

Un hotel qui fait le maximum pour le bien-être des clients
Pros:

L'accueil est remarquable. Dés qu'on a une demande, ils y répondent. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Tous les jours l'hotel envoie les activités culturelles proposées par la ville sur notre compte whatsapp. Ils font la même chose si on a des enfants avec des propositions adaptées. Ils nous servent régulièrement une boisson préparée par eux pour nous reffraichir. Le personnel est très sympathique

L'impression d'être à la maison !
Pros:

Si vous cherchez un endroit où l'on se sent immédiatement bien, l'Hôtel La Piazzetta est l'adresse idéale à Mérida. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueillie par leo, un patron passionné qui fait son maximum pour faciliter le séjour de ses clients. Ses nombreux conseils et ses informations précieuses sur la vie culturelle locale sont un véritable atout pour découvrir la ville.
L'hôtel en lui-même est charmant, s'organisant autour d'une cour très calme et d'une salle commune extrêmement accueillante.
Ce que j'ai particulièrement aimé :
La chambre : Très spacieuse et fidèle aux photos. La propreté est irréprochable ; j'ai d'ailleurs été agréablement étonnée de voir que le ménage était fait avec soin tous les jours.
Le petit déjeuner : Un moment délicieux et extrêmement copieux, préparé notamment avec des fruits frais provenant directement du jardin de l'hôtel.
L'emplacement : Situé dans un quartier sûr à proximité immédiate de l'hypercentre. Le sentiment de sécurité est total, d'autant plus qu'un grand commissariat se trouve juste à côté.
Par ailleurs il y a toujours quelqu'un a l'accueil quel que soit l'heure a laquelle je rentrais ce qui était très rassurant également.
En résumé, c'est un endroit où l'on se sent extrêmement bien. Un immense bravo au patron et à tout le personnel qui se plient en quatre pour que nous nous sentions « comme à la maison ».
Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

A charming hotel that reflects the warmth and friendliness of the Mexican people and Merida itself.
Pros:

La Piazzetta is a charming, family run hotel about 10-12 mins walk from the main square. The rooms are charming and the breakfast room is decorated with interesting Mayan/Mexican style memorabilia. The staff were always on hand, welcoming and very helpful. Leo enthusiastically explained everything there was to do in Merida, what to see, where to eat etc and also provided daily Whatsapp updates of things going on each evening. He also went out of his way to make me some soup when i was sick. Breakfast consists of fresh fruit and juice from the garden, as well as a Mexican style 'croissant'/brioche, tea and coffee. There is also chilled water available whenever you need it.

Great stay in the middle of Merida!
Pros:

We had a great stay in La Piazzetta. The staff welcomed us, helped with parking and suitcases and showed us very great tips for activities nearby! Location is amazing, close by is a nice park with a water fountain show.

Rooms were clean, well equipped and nice and cool :-). We had a great night sleep. And woke up to a nice breakfast with good coffee!

Thanks so much for everything. We will definitely come back!

Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel, it's extremely clean and very comfortable. The staff are all so kind, welcoming, helpful and courteous. It has lovely decor in the downstairs cafe; lots of plants and Mexican crafts. Leo, the manager, sends recommendations every day for the cultural events that are on each day in Merida. I highly recommend this hotel.
