I like the location
Pros:

Perfect location with your own beach

Comfortable Stay Undermined by Maintenance Problems
Pros:

The staff remained polite and accommodating during my stay and I appreciated being offered a late check-out, which helped with my airport transfer plans. The room was spacious and comfortable overall and the resort has potential for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

There were a few maintenance and dining issues that affected my experience. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell during the stay and required maintenance visits more than once. Cleaning improved it temporarily as the smell of cleaner overpowered it but the issue returned. I also experienced repeated problems with the jacuzzi not functioning properly and eventually stopped trying to use it.

The breakfast and dinner arrangements were more limited than expected as they operate on fixed menus rather than buffet service. Personally, I would recommend checking the menu beforehand and considering ordering separately rather than automatically choosing breakfast or half board.

I also found the repeated promotion of the independent massage service uncomfortable and would have preferred a less direct approach, allowing guests to enquire if interested rather than being approached multiple times. The resort could do with asking the gentleman to not be pushy and tonnot invade personal space especially if it's a solo female guest. He frequently remained poolside while i was in my private plunge pool.

Spacious Room and Friendly Staff, but Limited Privacy
Pros:

The room was spacious and made a great first impression. I had booked a room with a plunge pool and was pleasantly surprised to also find a jacuzzi in the bathroom, which I had not expected. The bathroom itself was very large and the room felt comfortable overall. Staff were welcoming and respectful throughout my stay, and I especially appreciated being allowed an early check-in, which made arrival much easier.

Cons:

As a solo female traveller, the main downside was the lack of privacy. Although there are partitions between neighbouring rooms, the front of the plunge pool area is open and there is frequent foot traffic from staff. I often felt exposed when using the outdoor area and had staff constantly looking in towards the evening when the room lights were on, I ended up keeping curtains closed in the room, which reduced the benefit of having the view.

The plunge pool layout was also inconvenient as the pool sits directly between the room and the seating area, leaving no easy path around it. The beach itself is relatively small and does not feel particularly private, with local activity and boats nearby, so travellers expecting a secluded resort beach experience may want to manage expectations.

Amazing hide away.
Pros:

Beautiful location on the beach with sunning views in a generous sized room. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The food was lovely. It was a fabulous three day stay. We loved that they adopted 2 very sweet and gentle street dogs.

Cons:

A little far away if you like to walk places as there is a busy main road close by but easy to get a tuk tuk.

A chill stay !
Pros:

This is a well maintained hotel. The staff was welcoming and always ready to attend our needs. We booked a room with a private pool. Kids are not allowed in this pool but there is a kids pool in the main pool. The room was spacious with all the amenities. The bathroom was also equipped with a jacuzzi.
We had only the breakfast from the hotel. The menu had a variety so it was nice. Food was delicious. All together it was a nice stay.

Cons:

The beach infront of the hotel is not very much clean.

ルームサービスで2日間夕食を注文しましたが、価格、味、品質の全てにおいてホテル周辺の観光客向けのレストランより優れており、満足しています。

Cons:

オフシーズンのためか、スノーケリングやサファリツアーのアクティビティは、高額で選択肢がなく、ホテル到着後に自分でBooking.comサイトから予約して指定場所まで移動しました

Bar and restaurant prices to high
Pros:

View directly viewing the beach. Pool length enables you to swim lines. Staff was not able to make contact with the travel agency, but the manager finally helped, that was good.

Cons:

Prices. The price on the Menu excludes VAT. They claim it is regulation by the government, that's just not true. Beside that still too high prices. As a customer you feel used at the place.

A great week stay at a lovely place!
Pros:

Very nice rooms and beach front location, along with being close to Galle. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The sea at the cove is very calm compared to other beaches nearby, so it was great for swimming/bathing. Taxis/tuk tuks were cheap due to being close to Galle and turtle beach. We’d recommend this hotel.

Cons:

We had drinks at the bar/restaurant some evenings to sit out over looking the sea, which was a great view. However, the drinks were quite expensive unless you were at the Happy hour times, and even then, the menu was a lot more limited. The staff also seemed unhappy about us eating out rather than at the hotel, but this was nothing against the hotel food, we just liked going out in the evenings.

It’s great we stayed for 7 nights and loved it.
Pros:

A beautiful location in a quiet private bay. Very peaceful. We loved the plunge pool attached to our room. It was cleaned throughout the day so always ready to dip in. Room was spacious bathroom huge, a little issue with the bathroom smell initially but was sorted quickly. Staff are brilliant and cannot do enough for you. Manager always checked in on us which was a lovely touch. Breakfast huge snd really good. We enjoyed 2 dinners and found the food excellent. Mini bar prices very good. Location good only a 5 minute tuk tuk to main strip and 10 minutes to Galle.

Had One of the most memorable stays here! Will definitely come back!

- Great Location with literally a private beach
- Delicious food!

- Everything was accessible from the property (Galle Fort, ATM’s, Cafe’s etc)
