Nhân viên và chủ khách sạn nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Quá sợ hãi về các khách hàng là người nước ngoài bên cạnh phòng. Vì phòng không cách âm tốt, gia đình tôi có con nhỏ nên hay quấy khóc. Tôi đã trải nghiệm cực tệ khi sáng hôm nay con tôi quấy khóc từ 6h30- 7h30 và từ 6h30 bị phòng bên cạnh liên tục gõ vào tường, sau đó 7h30 thì qua tận cửa phòng gõ cửa và mắng chửi bằng tiếng nước ngoài. Tôi k mở cửa vì có con nhỏ, sau đó khách nước ngoài còn đạp vào cửa và chửi stupid và crazy. Thực sự vợ và con tôi cực hoảng loạn ngay sau đó và kéo dài cả chuyến đi. Tình trạng người ngoại quốc ở trung tâm Nha Trang chơi overnight xong về ngủ sáng quá nhiều, và họ cũng k nên hành xử như thế với gia đìn tôi vì khi đó đã là 7h sáng

Sai lầm khi chọn Hotel Azura 4/3 Trần Quang Khải Nha Trang
Pros:

Tệ và dơ , xuống cấp trầm trọng. Drap bị rách , 3 ngày không thay . Ghế ngồi bị gãy, đèn phòng tối và ẩm thấp . Bị nhân viên thu tiền trước nên cắn răng chịu đựng ở cho hết tiền phòng.

Cons:

Hoàn toàn thất vọng khi lưu trú 3 đêm ở Hotel này

Цена качество отлично ! Море пляж рядом , магазины кафе рядом . Номер чистый персонал отлично , по сравнению с другими отелями в которых я жил до этого просто супер .

Цена и качество соответствуют. Каких-либо вау не ожидали.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение отеля, рядом с морем и хорошими кафе. В номере убирали каждый день, докладывали щетку зубную с пастой шампунь и гель. Мыло не кладут, постельное белье и полотенце, хлть и не новые, но чистые. у нас в номере были окно и балкон, но есть номера без окна и без балкона. Бронировали в разгар сезона, когда почти все отели были заняты, поэтому ожидания по цене и качеству оправдались.

Cons:

Не работал холодильник и телевизор. Чайника не было, по просьбе принесли. Кружек для чая в номере нет, только стаканы. Кофе, чай не кладут. Сейф тоже не работал, дали ключ, им и закрывали. Отель подуставший.

Все было отлично, единственное не хватало, что не было одеял и весов для взвешивания чемодана! Но девушка на ресепшн KIMANH, всегда шла на встречу и помогала в любой ситуации

No fridge and musty mould smell.
Pros:

The location of property was great.

Cons:

There was no fridge as advertised, was told by staff that all the hotels fridges were broken. When I told staff that I needed a fridge for medication they suggested I put in the main drinks fridge in reception!
The room had no ventilation and had a Very Strong Musty Mould smell.
All reception staff were not welcoming.
