A decent stay for two nights.
Pros:

The location. Comfortable beds, pillows. Hot shower. Electric kettle, fridge. The room I stayed at was very spacious with two beds, and a little bit of street view and day light from a small balcony, though another building is right next to, and everyone can see each other :)

Cons:

Towels are tired - they're clean, just very old. In the morning some drill work happened at 8 am, and I'm not sure where this noise came from. All in all, it was fairly quiet. The floor was dirty with dust and hair.

По проживанию:
Как вариант краткосрочного пребывания пойдет.

Cons:

В номере не было половины окна (в части душа), и никто с этим ничего не делал.
Сильная слышимость. Грязь.
Да, убирали каждый день. Но под кроватями - пыль, в сливе - волосы.

Звукоизоляция фулл отсутствует. Мало того было какое то окно в коридор что ещё на звукоизоляцию влияет. Супер громко слышно соседей. Отель пойдет на 1 ночь если нужно переночевать для съема другого жилья на Некст день

An umbrella was stolen from the room :(. I had booked a room with one large bed, and the management confirmed the request before my arrival; however, upon check-in, I was given a room with two small beds, and when I tried to switch, it turned out there were no rooms with a single large bed available. The staff's attitude was disappointing—they constantly seemed unhappy. There was noise even on the 10th floor. The room was very old, as was the hotel in general; everything was dated, and the bed linen was of terrible quality—it was unpleasant to sleep or even lie on the bed.

Cons:

La televisión no funciona nunca, dicen que hay un problema en el hotel y que están solucionadolo pero estaba claro que hacia años que no funcionaba.

Si reservas en Booking te dan una habitación en la 13 planta sin ventana, el ascensor solo llega hasta la 12 planta.

El precio real allí es de 350.000vnd, yo en Booking pagué 278000. Cuando reserve en booking salía que el descuento era de mucho como si la habitación valiera 600000 vnd, una gran mentira y te dan la peor habitación
