​Phòng ngủ: Rất sạch sẽ và tươm tất. Giường nằm êm ái, ga trải giường màu trắng sạch đẹp, tạo cảm giác sang trọng.

​Bố trí phòng tắm: Không gian phòng tắm quá chật chội. Thiết kế vòi tắm khiến nước rất dễ bắn tung tóe ra ngoài làm ướt phòng, rèm che tắm mỏng và thiếu thẩm mỹ.

​Vấn đề vệ sinh: Khay để ly đánh răng lại được đặt ngay phía trên bồn cầu. Bố trí này rất bất hợp lý, thiếu vệ sinh và tạo cảm giác không thoải mái cho khách.

​Tiện nghi phòng: Gối quá cao và phồng, không thoải mái khi nằm. Phòng cũng thiếu tủ quần áo để treo đồ cá nhân.

Pros:

Location, location. For me on my two one night stays it was everything a solo person needed. If I was staying more than say 2 nights ,definitely need a larger room. That said ,it was efficient and well maintained both rooms. Close to old china town and plenty of restaurants at hand.

Cons:

The limited breakfast choice.

Good value for money with nice rooms.
Pros:

It is close to everywhere I went, the room was spacious and there was plenty of space to hang clothes, and toilet and bath are Japanese-style ones which is good. There is also a water server on esch floor which is also good.

Cons:

Maybe more of a confusion is that I was told at check in that breakfast is for $5 and I was charged that amount when I went for the first two days but on the third and fourth day I was charged $7.06.

They're consistent in knowing it's a good place to sleep.
Pros:

The staff was awesome.

It was very clean and the room had a nice view

They also worked with me with a change in plans I had so that was greatly appreciated

Suitable, not comfortable.
Pros:

Location suited needs. Was clean. Everything worked. Staff was helpful. Had soap and toilet paper .

Cons:

Room is too small and too limited area or means to hang clothes. IF something were put on the walls for us to hang instead of a TV, would be very nice. Was switched to twin beds from large bed.
