Wat een heerlijk hotel! Vooral het zwembad, met fijne bedden (verschillende soorten), een leuke poolbar met lekker eten en drinken dat je de hele dag door kan bestellen en lekkere lounge muziek (op de zondag hadden we zelfs een dj de hele middag, echt heerlijk)!!!
Daarnaast was onze kamer super ruim en fijn.
Ook het ontbijt was top, er was genoeg keus voor iedereen!! Ik was extra happy omdat ze een heel yoghurt bowl station hadden waar ik mijn heerlijke dagelijkse yoghurtbowltje kon maken met verschillende soorten fruit, zaden, pitten, granola en zelfs pindakaas!! loveddd it
De service was ook super goed! Bij de receptie zijn we bij alles super geholpen. Van het huren van een scootertje tot aan de menu kaart van de special asian cuisine night. Alles was TOP

Pros:

Les installations de l’hôtel sont propres et agréables comme la salle de sport et la zone piscine avec les transats et les beds. Nous n’avons pas pu essayer le SPA mais l’avons visité et il semble agréable. Le petit déjeuner est correct avec un manque de fruits frais locaux. Les personnes chargées du nettoyage des chambres sont très joviales, souriantes et accueillantes, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable.

Cons:

Très déçus par cet hôtel, qui était pourtant le mieux noté parmi ceux dans lesquels nous avons séjourné cette semaine.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été assez surpris par l’accueil qui nous a été réservé. Nous étions très chargés et le réceptionniste nous a accompagné jusqu’à notre chambre sans nous proposer la moindre aide avec nos bagages, pas même un chariot. Le personnel n’est pas agréable, notamment au bar de la piscine où nous avons été très mal reçus pour le lunch, sans parler des salades noyées de vinaigre et le poulet à peine cuit.

Concernant la piscine nous avions bien vu qu’il y avait des événements musicaux, mais la… la musique est ASSOURDISSANTE en journée et ne permet absolument pas le moindre repos même juste après le petit déjeuner. L’hôtel vous répondra que c’est leur politique « entertainment » mais personne ne semblait apprécier le volume beaucoup trop élevé et les transitions CHAOTIQUES du DJ du 05/09 pendant la « afrohouse party » qui ne diffuse absolument pas de afro-house et ne fait danser personne. Sur la description de l’hôtel il est pourtant noté sur leur site : un véritable point de rencontre pour les voyageurs solo et les explorateurs en quête de simplicité et de détente. Si vous n’appréciez pas la musique ou cherchez un réel endroit de détente, le volume très élevé vous suivra jusque sur votre terrasse privée. Même en dehors des événements le volume de la musique varie tout le temps, les enceintes sont à proximité directe des transats.

Le pire reste encore la proximité immédiate de l’aéroport. Nous avons compté pas moins de dix avions passer à proximité pendant le petit déjeuner, immanquables on les entend et on les voit très bien : difficile de parler d’un moment de détente dépaysant ! Autour de la piscine les avions passent littéralement toutes les 5 minutes en matinée à basse altitude juste à côté de vous ! On comprend pourquoi ils mettent la musique si fort.

קצת מרוחק מהעיר חייב רכב מי שלא לוקח רכב שלא יסגור את המלון הזה כי ישלם המון כסף על מוניות
לנו היה רכב אבל ראיתי כאלה שלא היה להם אז או שהיו רוב הזמן בבריכה או שנעזרו במוניות שעולות המון ברודוס גם המרחק מהעיר זה בערך 20-25 דקות בנסיעה אז לשיקולכם

Lovely hotel, great staff but for a young party going crowd.
Pros:

Staff were professional, friendly and went out of their way to help. Food in the restaurants was good, especially breakfast where there was a good selection of hot and cold offerings.

Cons:

The hotel is geared toward a younger demographic, so there was constant music by the pool during the day which went on into the evening in the pool bar. We were in a room away from the main pool area which helped, nevertheless the music was intrusive. This is a great hotel for a younger crowd, not so good for guests of slightly more mature years!
