Top Lage für Besichtigung von Istanbul.
Pros:

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal am Empfang, Auto konnte direkt vor Hotel geparkt werden (mit Parkservice), zentrale Lage an Metro, bequeme Betten Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Interieur im Zimmer teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Fahrstuhl nicht immer nutzbar ( in 6. Etage mit Gehbehinderung nicht so toll). Personal beim Frühstück wenig motiviert (Säubern, Auffüllen nur auf Nachfrage), Kaffeemaschine ersatzlos defekt.

The property was in a prime location as soon as you walk out you have the Galata tower which is very good to see right next to you. There’s buses that take you a little bit outside of Central Istanbul as well on the European site. There’s also very good connection with the Metro and it’s about a 15 minute walk to the pair which you can take the ferry to the Asian Side. Overall about the actual property it was small but perfect for two people in a place like Istanbul because other hotels are basically the same size in charge more I think this hotel was perfect for a little city getaway. The staff were very very friendly very helpful and overall give them five stars the food in the hotel let’s see the breakfast was interesting. It wasn’t bad but we only went once out of the five days I think for the price of the hotel or the fact that breakfast is included is actually very very good for what it was the breakfast was good but I think Turkey has good food anyway so that’s why we only went once just to check it out however I think it’s worth it at least to try. Finally what I’d say is the housekeeper or the maid also was very very nice. She did everything amazingly. I don’t think that she cleaned every single day but at least she tidied up. I don’t think it was necessary to be to be cleaned every day. But overall, I’m very happy with my experience and honestly if I go back to Istanbul, this would probably be the place I’d stay again.

There isn’t anything that I specifically didn’t like I would say the food was just interesting. Maybe we went there a little bit too late the first day so yeah but the stuff that were down there I’m pretty sure they’re separate to the hotel but the staff were on their phones and not really caring about the guests so we kind of had to figure out what to do but nevertheless the food was decent. I think the fact that the hotel includes food service as well is actually amazing for that, Price so I wouldn’t say that there was anything that I didn’t like my property. It’s just a small thing. I would just add.

Struttura vecchia , fatiscente, e poco curata. Finestre inesistenti , di notte si sentiva un gran rumore provenire dall esterno. Doccia che faceva acqua da tutte le parti. Odore poco gradevole che fuoriusciva dal condizionatore.

В целом отель абсолютно не соответствовал ожиданиям и выставленным оценкам.
Pros:

Отель расположен очень удобно, недалеко от Галатской башни и порта.

Cons:

Само здание старое, номера старые, в номерах которые выходят окнами на дорогу очень шумно. Ремонта не было очень давно. Ванная комната очень тесная и со стеклянной перегородкой, звукоизоляции практически нет. Слышны все звуки из коридора и соседних номеров (шаги, разговоры, хлопание дверей). Завтраки скудные, приходится ждать, когда принесут, если приходит одновременно много гостей. Кофе машина старая, постоянно ломалась.

Персоналът беше много усмихнат и услужлив

Престоят ни не мина особено приятно поради няколко причини: снимките не отговарят на реалността, пише че имат частен паркинг, а всъщност имат няколко места пред хотела на улицата, което за голям град като Истанбул не предполага безопасност на колата. Пристигнахме късно и стаята, в която ни настаниха на единия прозорец точно срещу улицата нямаше плътно перде и буквално всичко се виждаше. Преместиха ни в друга стая, беше много мръсно и износено, по чаршафите имаше мръсни петна, нямаше никаква топла вода. Това за мен бяха основните проблеми. На другата сутрин ни преместиха в друга стая, която най-накрая беше хубава. Закуската беше пародия. Като цяло хотела дава вид на приятно място, но трябва да се обърне внимание на чистотата, закуската и топлата вода в хотела, защото съотношението цена качество не отговарят в момента. Персоналът все пак се постара да компенсира за неудобството, за което благодаря.

Sehr empfehlenswert im IST zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen um Istanbul zu erkunden. Man ist in unmittelbarer Nähe am Galata Turm. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auf den Bosporus war sehr schön. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, egal ob tagsüber oder mitten in der Nacht. Es ist sauber und bietet einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Wir haben nichts auszusetzen und waren sehr zufrieden

Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt im The Biancho Hotel Pera und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Galata-Turm, der Istiklal-Straße und vielen Restaurants, Cafés sowie der Metro entfernt. Man kann Istanbul von hier aus ideal erkunden.

Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Jeder war jederzeit zuvorkommend, herzlich und hat sich darum bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns positiv überrascht: abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit einer guten Auswahl.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Für die Qualität des Hotels, den Service und die zentrale Lage bekommt man hier wirklich sehr viel geboten. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Istanbul besucht.

Pros:

Oda tertemizdi, çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi, konum olarak merkezi bir yerde olduğu için ulaşım çok kolay oldu. 1 gece konaklama yaptım fiyatı gayet makuldü. Tekrardan tercih edebileceğim bir otel tavsiye ederim 👍🏼
