Pros:

Le personnel sur place. Le fait que les chiens soient acceptés.

Cons:

Le fait que on a ajouté près de 200 $ a ma carte de crédit sans le mentionner. Si je n'avais pas vu, ils m'auraient chargé. Cela a aussi été complexe de me faire rembourser cette charge, alors que c'était leur erreur. Mauvaise expérience de ce côté.

Great place to stay if you’re on a budget and don’t intend to stay in the room very much.
Pros:

The location was great. It was peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated and kind of run down. The toilet seat was broken in our room, the pillows were not great, the only outlets near the bed were behind it, and the bathroom is tiny. The pictures are deceiving about the size.

That the handicap accessible rooms were hidden away at rear of property with no walking trails or access to facilities. Entry door was at the rear of the building next to septic tanks. Not handicap accessible at all!!!

Smokey Mountain Ripoff

Close to the Smokies and Cades Cove

Cons:

Rude unhelpful staff, room not very clean for all the 'upgrades' they did. One of the queen beds was broken. Horrible water pressure in shower (both faucets ran at once), paid for garden view but only saw a couple trees with rocks around them - no flowers. Breakfast was not well stocked or very good. Only 5 tables for as large as the property was.

It was fantastic! We golfed, hiked in the Smokies and saw bears.
Pros:

Location! The rooms were nice , spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This is just too fill in the box! The grass needed to be mowed.

J’ai payé 300 euros la nuit, je m’attendais à un séjour fantastique et c’était vraiment décevant.

Cons:

La salle de bains est médiocre, pas de placard pour ranger ses affaires, pas de chambre douillette et confortable. Très déçue

Mooie locatie tov de Smokey mountains. Resort komt niet overeen met de foto’s op de Bookings site
Pros:

De centrale ligging om de Smokey mountains te verkennen.

Cons:

Zwembaden kunnen wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Buitenruimte voor bbq cq chillen worden niet schoongemaakt. Resort is verouderd. Ontbijt ruimte veel te klein voor het aantal gasten.
