Un buen hotel muy bien ubicado en el Midtwon de Manhattan

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena pues hay muchas atracciones cerca. Se puede caminar a muchos lugares sin necesidad de tomar un transporte en el Midtown. El personal es muy amable.

Le personnel gentil et très efficace , somme toute je donnrsis la note de 7 , un bon , mais place à l’améliora

Dommage car le lobby est très petit , pas confortable
Le déjeuner un peu décevant pas beaucoup de choix ( céréales juste deux choix ) pas de yogourt , pas de gaufres , fruits seulement des pommes , ailleurs on avait des bananes des pommes des oranges , plusieurs choix de céréales , plusieurs choix de jus , et ce sont des hôtels dans la même catégorie de prix

Cons:

We stayed at your hotel this week. Items arrived from Amazon that need to be returned tomorrow - Amazon will collect. I did discuss this yesterday with the hotel staff. Amazon have send me labels that need to be attached to the pickup. I have attached the file. Please send this to Holiday Inn Times Square - all the instructions are included. IT IS CRITICAL THAT THIS IS DONE TODAY PLEASE OTHERWISE I LOSE THE PURCHASE PRICE.

Okay, better to stay outside of midtown tho if you can

The elevators were small and always packed. The location is great but there are constantly bums and sketchy people hanging around outside it

Buena opción: cerca de todo y a buen precio
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, fácil acceso a los principales medios de transporte. La habitaciones muy limpias y el personal atento y amable. Camas no muy grandes pero cómodas. Hay un restaurante allí mismo pero no lo utilizamos pero puede ser útil si lo necesitas.

Cons:

La puerta del baño es tipo granero y no cierra al 100% generando cierta incomodidad. Hay dos ascensores y en un momento uno de ellos quedó fuera de servicio y se complicó por la cantidad de gente que se acumuló pero fue solucionado rápido. El ambiente en la puerta del hotel no es el mejor por la gente que se reune allí, alguno fue grosero cuando llegábamos pero no pasó a mayores, hay seguridad del hotel allí.

Es muy central!

Cons:

En el parque de afuera siempre hay personas durmiendo, fumando o tomando. Se siente denso el ambiente e inseguro. Además, solo tiene dos ascensores y a veces tocaba esperar mas de 20 minutos para bajar o hacerlo por las escaleras.
