It was decent but which they had more amenities
Pros:

Close to train station and Madison square garden

Cons:

Lots of people hanging around outside but they had security at the door. And you have to have a card to enter the hotel and elevators

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä. Ainakaan yläkerroksissa melu ei liikaa häiritse. Kaikki toimi ok.

Cons:

Aamiainen on hyvin vaatimaton. Mitään luksusta ei ole, huoneet ovat pienet ja sisustus vanha. Mutta kaikki oli ok ja hinta/laatu -suhde on hyvä. Yöllinen palohälytys hoidettiin hyvin.

Très bon séjour hormi les squatters.
Pros:

Établissement très bien situé. Proche du métro et de nombreuses commodités. Rue très animée donc pas adapté pour des personnes à la recherche de silence. Chambre propre, personnel l’agréable. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L’allée menant au hall de l’hôtel est constamment squatté par des amateurs de produits stupéfiants et autres désœuvrés ce qui peut être dérangeant même si en ce qui nous concerne nous n’avons pas été opportuné. Présence constante cependant d’un agent de sécurité.

Nice room, not big in a great location, and staff who are always helpful. Good breakfast

I liked the location of the hotel and the warm attitude of the staff.

Cons:

There were only two elevators for 36 floors and it was so cramped that you had to wait a long time for the elevator.

The view was pretty

Cons:

There are only two elevators. And most the time one didn’t work. Which left one elevator for 36 floors. I ended up using the stairs to go to my room on the 35th floor because I didn’t feel safe in the lobby. The courtyard area was full of homeless people where, as a lady walking outside felt extremely unsafe when I was alone. I had many comments and approaches made to me by men outside of the hotel in the courtyard area. The bed was lumpy. Not at all like the other Holiday Inn’s that I’ve stayed in. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.
