Good clean place to sleep on the turnpike, staff polite and amenities ample. Computers slow.
Pros:

Clean, front desk open 24 hours. Hot breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel computer did not receive my reservation thru booking.com, and charged me full price. I had to open a ticket thru booking to correct the overcharge.

Probably wouldn't stay here again. For a Radisson Hotel chain this was a poor example.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice a few good choices to get the day started.

Cons:

The room looked like and old hotel. The elevator was out of order all patrons staying should have been alerted to this. Our room was over booked so we didn't get a King bed as reserved. The toilet overflowed. The TV in bedroom only got 1 station. The couch and chair in the room were stained. Closet door was broken. Mold in shower. Wallpaper pealing off in shower.

Overall, my stay was disappointing and fell far short of expectations.

My stay at the hotel unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Before my stay, I specifically spoke with the staff and asked whether the pool and elevator were working and would be available during my visit. I was assured that everything would be operational, but upon arrival, the pool was closed and the elevator was not working.

The situation was especially difficult because my room was on the third floor and I was recovering from a fractured toe, making it very challenging to use the stairs. To make matters worse, the towels in my room were damp. When I asked housekeeping for additional towels, I was told they could not bring them up, so I had to go down three flights of stairs myself to get them. Overall, the lack of communication and the condition of the amenities made my stay frustrating and far below what I expected based on what I was told before arriving.

After sharing my concerns with the front desk, I was given two business cards with the managers’ contact information and was asked to reach out to them. I called three times and left polite voicemails requesting a return call, but it has now been four days since I checked out and I still have not received a response.

Convenient motel for the car show.
Pros:

The location was convenient for us and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was good and they opened the dining room right on time both days. There was plenty of parking. Looks like they have a nice pool but we didn't get a chance to use it. We hit no traffic at all taking surface streets to the Carlisle Fairgrounds. The staff that we dealt with were helpful and friendly.

It was a good location for the event I was attending.
Pros:

I was in the area for an event. It was a good location for travel.
It was clean.
Safe location. Not far from fuel stations and restaurants.

Cons:

Pool was cloudy. On the third day even the staff couldn’t get the pool door unlocked.
Elevators weren’t working.

I will never go back. This hotel does not provide the services they charge for.

Cons:

Elevator was out of order and had been for over 3 weeks. I feel they should have notify us, Sheets were scratchy not soft at all. TV wasn't working we had to call the front desk and they had to come up and fix it. Which they did in a timely matter. Wanted to put ice packs in the freezer and couldn't because the freezer was completely frozen shut. Got up in the morning and we had no shower. It was broken. Why would they give you a room with no running water for a shower. They had to have known it was not working because the cleaning people would not have been able to clean it. When my husband went down to the front desk said they could give us another room to shower in. I paid dearly for this room and could not believe this was happening. Never in all of our travels has this ever happen. This was very, very inconvenient and tells me they had other rooms to put us in. At check out I told him that I felt I was entitle to a refund since they could not provide me the services I paid for. I was told there was nothing they could do about it and that they had already charged my credit card.

Bad experience
Pros:

The location

Cons:

Requested first floor, get there and a sign says elevator is broken and they put us on 3rd floor. I have a heart condition and a bad leg, I can't climb up all those stairs, worst part was I couldn't reach anyone from booking.com to get refund. I would expect some kind of compensation for this. They put us in a 1 King bed and charged us more money it was dirty and the language the desk clerk was using was inexcusable

Breakfast! Friendly. Lobby area very clean and modern.

Cons:

Elevator was broken. Employee said for couple weeks. Initially they were going to put us on 3rd floor but lowered to second floor. You could see the ware and tear on the room.

Ive stayed here before because its the perfect location for me.
Pros:

Room was clean, the location is great for what I was doing, the breakfast was ok

Cons:

The elevator was not working when I got there and was not fixed during the length of my stay, this could be a serious problem for some people. Not the hotels fault but was pretty noisy the first night.
