We have just returned from 3 nights in Prague where we stayed at the wonderful Hotel Adler! We are so glad we chose to stay here.
The staff were absolutely first-class and amongst the best we have ever encountered at a hotel. They were so friendly, professional, and we were made to feel very welcome guests.
At check-in, we received vouchers to use in the city, including for drinks at the famous Cafe Louvre around the corner. We also were given vouchers for the rooftop bar at the Wenceslas Square Hotel, which we used on a lovely sunny evening. Amazing views of the city!
We also found the rooms in the hotel comfortable and there was complementary bottle of wine red wine in our room when we arrived! What a lovely touch :) The hotel also offered a nice breakfast that set us up for the day.
In terms of location, the hotel is within walking distance of all the major sites and is also close to transport and supermarkets. There’s lots of great bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area as well.
Overall, this was a superb stay! Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Hotel Adler Hotel!

Excellent staff, amazing breakfast buffet, good location, very clean, good shower and plenty of hot water, comfortable bed, nice garden patio.
Welcome bottle of wine in our room & free laundry service were nice amenities. Also appreciated the elevator.
Room on the small side, a bit dark, could use updating, nicer/ lighter color scheme.
Smoking on the outside patio. Reception area could be more appealing.

Location is good and staff is friendly and helpful.
Very, very small rooms and not comfortable. Photos in booking.com dose not match reality and was big disappointment. No soundproofing, so you can hear other guests and nightlife lovers from bar next door. I guess 4 star rating for hotels doesn’t mean anything anymore and anyone can get them.
