Pobyt bardzo udany napewno będę miło wspominać

Bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane śniadania , prezenty powitalne, miła obsługa, lokalizacja

Cons:

Po całodniowych spacerach w niesamowitym upale trzeba było wchodzić na trzecie piętro gdyż winda nie działała

No air conditioning , even there is fan inside room
Very hot and fan is very noisy
Elevators not working, staff said will be repaired after one day, but nothing happened

Verblijf van 10 tot 12 augustus.
Bijzonder klantvriendelijk personeel. Bij aankomst zeer goed geholpen geweest door Roman en Arina. We waren veel te vroeg, maar dit bleek geen enkel probleem te zijn. Tijdens het nuttigen van een welkomstdrankje in de mooie binnentuin werd de kamer snel klaargemaakt. Mooie kortingskaart op musea gekregen, gratis fietsen, gratis consumptie bij cafeetje in de buurt enz... Ook 's avonds en 's nachts was niets teveel voor Julie die verantwoordelijk was voor de balie. Bij het (lekkere) ontbijt ontzettend goede bediening. De baas van hotel Adler mag gerust fier zijn op zijn personeel!

Ogólnie jestem zadowolony.
