Cons:

Non smokig room smelled like smoke. People hanging all out in parking lot. I felt unsafe. The door in back was lwfted unlocked and open. My room window was by the door and i could hear people talking all night. I will not ever stay there or recommend them.

Found a crack pipe in my room, someone used a keycard to come in my room while we slept and where cought by my wife, dogs barking all night ,kids running and screaming in the halls day and night, party's in the halls with loud music late at night.

Bad area. Looks like you're going to be murdered here. Lots of drug addicts and drunks hanging around. Nothing matched photos or description. Because of this experience I will probably never use booking again.

Cons:

The owner of this property should invest in fixing up the worn-torn rooms and the indifferent managers need to work on their customer service skills. They jacked up the price because of an event in Indianapolis, and I felt like I was taken advantage of for what I paid.

Scary and smelly. Didn’t stay. Left.

You walk in to be immediately greeted by a Broken window in lobby area. Everything is behind glass which may be left over from
The Covid era but a) it’s been 6 years so time to update and b) I have a feeling it was deliberate because it’s an unsafe place.

It smells horribly of smoke- every type of smoking imaginable. We got into our nonsmoking room and that didn’t smell but by the time we reached it we were already coughing and congested. In the bathroom the ceiling was peeling but the worst problem was that the hotel bedroom door didn’t lock! We turned right around and left. I couldn’t keep my children there over night.
