I knew what to expect, however if I really need to mention something: breakfast could do with a bit more variety and when you are in the gym you feel like stuck in a fishtank

During our stay at your hotel in Rome, we experienced a very disappointing situation involving the reception staff, especially an employee named Marco.

Upon arrival, we were placed in a room different and clearly inferior to the category we had booked and paid for, without any prior notice or explanation. When we questioned the issue, the receptionist claimed we had been informed in advance, which was not true. The interaction was extremely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. Marco spoke to us without any education or professionalism, and his behavior gave clear indications of prejudice and discriminatory treatment toward guests from other countries. In addition, it appeared that there was an intentional attempt to financially disadvantage us by providing a lower-category room despite the amount we had paid for our reservation.

After insisting that the hotel respect our original reservation, the room change was eventually completed much faster than initially stated. The lack of transparency and the way our family was treated caused significant stress and frustration during our trip.

We believe guests should be treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism, regardless of nationality. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

We hope the hotel reviews this situation carefully to prevent similar issues from happening to future guests.

Gute Lage, Suites sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Lage der Suites ist optimal, sehr zentral, leider die Zimmer auf die Straßenseite nachts sehr laut, die ZImmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Frühstückspersonal total zuvorkommend und nett.
Die Lage ist optimal, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar,gute Lokal in der Nähe
Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, da das Badezimmer sehr kalt war durch die Lüftung, die sich nicht hat abstellen lassen,
das war kein Problem und wurde am nächsten Tag erledigt.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr bemüht, aber man hätte sich doch gefreut, wenn einem die Türe aufgemacht wird, wenn man mit schweren Koffern anreist und über ein kurzes "Gute Reise" bei der Abreise hätte man sich als Gast auch gefreut.

We had a great time, location and the junior suite was perfect for a party of four.
