הניקיון לוקה בחסר.
המלקחת הייתה עם סתימה, השטיחים היו בלויים, הבריכה הייתה מלוכלכת ומלאה מעלים מהעצים.

The pool was lovely, the club sandwich was AMAZING. The music at the pool was very relaxing.
The bed was very comfortable, shower was good, little fridge was good, the staff was very helpful on reception.
Limited coffee choices, had to ask. No forks and knifes available if the tables weren’t ready for use.
The scrambled egg was not very nice, very running and not alot of flavour. There were a lot of ants around the hot food station and on the boards of the cakes.
The dinner menu was over priced and not a lot of choice. Would of eaten there but went elsewhere.
Would like to of seen more information about the days out and activities around Gibraltar such as paddle boarding, dolphin experiences, boat trips etc. maybe some information on buses to.
The room was ok but the light in the corner stopped working, there was a iron burn mark on the throw that drapes over the bed and the plug behind the mini fridge was falling out the wall.
It was charming and nostalgic, the staff were good and the bedroom was a good modern standard
The aircon was insufficient it didn’t get the room cold enough overnight (we didn’t use it during the day) , and it kept randomly switching off!

La froideur de certains personnels
Ikonisk hotell med sjel. Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til nasjonalparken. Nydelig middag og fantastisk service i baren og pool-baren.
Mye rot hos personalet, ledelsen virker uorganisert. Baren var helt fantastisk. Poolen var bra, og personalet fantastisk, men det bærer preg av forfall og slitasje. Barna ble blå av bassengkanten og måtte skrubbe seg. Frokosten haltet og mye var tomt. Trist at man må spørre om å få glutenfri mat. Laktosefritt hadde de ikke. Måtte vente 15 min på to glutenfrie brødskiver. Mye rot i resepsjonen. Fikk ett rom med mugg i veggene, måtte krangle for å få nytt rom.

Location is up quite a steep hill. There is a bus stop right outside though. Not really a negative as it is the rock hotel and it has absolutely stunning views

En masse småsjuske fejl. Blandt andet at låg på affaldsbøtter på værelserne var i stykker, Tjener i baren var iført beskidt tøj.
Det passede ikke til et 4 stjernet hotel som Booking angiver det er.
