I liked where the hotel was as it was in beach
Everything, rooms are not what they are online. It says there's entertainment but there was nothing on while i was there. Couldn't get hot water and we did mention it the heating had to go on which was ridiculous considering the heat we have had. We asked to swap rooms but was told they were fully booked which is a joke as they definitely were not fully booked. 2 plug sockets in whole room, ceiling coming down floorboards had holes in some places. Damp patches in places from im guessing a previous leak. Bar was out of stock on some drinks, the staff didnt know whats what so each round of drinks we could get were all different prices even when we ordered the same as last round. They use bottles of lemonade rather then it being in a pump again cans of coke rather then on pump.

We haven't got anything to really say apart from the heating could off been turned off at night in warm weather but we loved staying
Staff was really nice and helpful. The Owner was really nice and is happy if you are happy. Rooms were really clean.
The bathroom extractor fan was incredibly loud and the placing of the toilet itself is in a narrow corner.

Windows don’t open very far and no fan in the room made for a very uncomfortable sleep. The heating was also on throughout the hotel despite the heatwave

The location was good, but as soon as we entered the room, the whole atmosphere was ruined and my mood was spoiled. Because the room shown in the photos and the actual room were worlds apart. The interior was old, the bed was old, there was no ventilation facility in the rooms, and the sun was coming directly through the window, making it so hot in the room that we couldn't even sleep properly. Totally, my overall experience was very bad.

Lack of friendliness and communication
The lounge/ bar area with large tv was very spacious, very comfortable and had an amazing view of the sea.
Our bedroom wasn't very clean, a few hairs in bed, carpet wasn't very clean, hairs and sand on carpet, a dirty sock covering the fire alarm on ceiling, wallpaper torn in places, dirty window, stains on the dressing table and quite alot of dust.
The room is small but the bed was comfortable, if the room was given some TLC and cleanliness was to a higher standard, I would return.
Declan was absolutely delightful very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The room we stayed in was beautiful.. lovely Seaview and exceptionally clean. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend and we will definitely be staying again..
