Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage in der Altstadt. Sehr freundliches Personal, mein Hund war auch willkommen durfte sogar nicht nur Abends mit ins Restaurant sondern auch zum Frühstück. Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker. Kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel. Sehr ruhig und vieles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Zauberhafte kleine Stadt

Cons:

Unterbringung im Gästehaus, leider im Eingangsbereich Stolperfallen durch den welligen Teppich, kein Aufzug vorhanden, Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Frühstück nicht besonders. Keine warmen Speisen.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral ist ein Fachwerkhaus aber innen sehr bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende im Harz

FrühstückAuswahl mit Einschränkung ( sehr viele Fruchtfliegen, keine Abdeckung bei Obst und Gemüse)

Cons:

Zimmer Nummer 3 im Gästehaus eine Zumutung. Kleine Fenster kaum für kleine Leute zu öffnen. Kommt keine Luft rein. Keine Verdunklungsvorhänge. Konnten kaum schlafen vor Wärme. Bei Ankunft (33 Grad) alle Fenster auf Kippe und einfachste Rollos oben. Beim bezahlen an der Rezeption angesprochen, Antwort: Ich hätte Ihnen das Zimmer auch nicht gegeben/ zugemutet.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und ist zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht, das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war im Hotel Kanzler und ausreichend, es war alles da was man brauchte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Der Ort Stolberg ist wunderschön und sehenswert.

Cons:

Die Jalousie im Badezimmer war sehr deformiert und müsste ausgetauscht werden.
