Pros:

The restaurant and breakfast that we tried was very good, the staff were friendly. The room was big and clean.

Cons:

The room was half-dark and stuffy, because the window was looking to the airshaft. The location was not convenient. For most of the places to go via public transportation, you needed transfers. It is walkable to the staatsoper and cathedral though. We walked a lot (same amount of time as public transport). Bike rental would be a good idea, next time!

Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Ukrainian girl at the reception was especially nice and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant.

There is also a lovely cafe at the hotel where you can have a really tasty meal. Everything was delicious!

Il personale era veramente super disponibile, carino e gentile.

Cons:

Le stanze non venivano regolarmente pulite e la stanza risultava molto sporca già dal nostro arrivo.

Very good value for money, simple but covering all bases, and in a good location near Praterstern.
Pros:

Very reasonably priced. A bit spartan, just the essentials, but all the essentials are there. Location is very practical near Praterstern and Tabor gasse. The staff is friendly and responds to my needs. I had lunch after checkout at the restaurant in the lobby, an omelette on rye bread with some greens and white cheese. Yummy and healthy.

Cons:

The shower was not as well equipped as more sxpensive hotels in Vienna and nearby. The shower head was rudimentary by comparison, the bathtub sink water flow was ok but slow, there were no tissues offered, and the shower liquid soap was rudimentary.
