NOT a penthouse
Pros:

Clean, comfortable beds, good views. Convenient location for our purposes.

Cons:

Sofa bed was made up, although we didn't ask for that. This meant that the only seating available was dining chairs. Even if the sofa had been available, only 2 people would have been able to sit on it.The dining table was very small - OK for 4 people and a light meal, but no way big enough for 6. Kitchen layout is awkward. Lots of tattiness like broken blinds, leaking dishwasher, damaged flooring.

This was sold as a "penthouse" but certainly does not have the level of facilities and luxury that this implies, and it wasn't even on the top floor...

Pros:

La posizione comoda per tutti i servizi. Metro, bus vicinissimi a casa come anche supermercati e altro. A piedi al tower bridge.
Noi eravamo al 12 piano, dal soggiorno e dalla terrazza magnifica vista!

Cons:

La dotazione della cucina potrebbe essere ampliata.

Cheap enough to let your staff be the rudest receptionist in London.
Pros:

Not a huge amount to be honest.

Cons:

We arrived to what can only be described as a boiler room. 4 incredibly glum guests sat on the chairs of the lobby whilst the most miserable looking receptionist just sat there and watched us sweat to death. No communication as to why we were waiting to be checked in. Just an incredible reluctance to even notice we were there.

Pros:

Cons:

The apartment was very hot during our stay
One window in the kitchen would not open
One fan was reported as not working when we arrived but was not fixed or replaced during our stay.
One of the pull out couches was uncomfortable, kids could feel the springs.

Pros:

Location was great. .

Cons:

They definently need new curtains and was a bit noisy. Also I'm not in habit climbing in and out of baths for showers. Very unsafe feature

Pros:

Alles problemlos. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und eine wunderbar gelegene saubere Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Der riesige Balkon mit dem unglaublichen Blick war richtig toll. Wir waren sehr begeistert und kommen gerne wieder.
