The best hotel in Rancagua
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful stuff everywhere: restaurant, reception, security, cleaning, etc. Much better than in many Santiago hotels.
Location is also very convenient. You do not need to spend time in traffic jams.

Cons:

Prices. For Rancagua hotel is very expensive. Rancagua in general is not a nice tourist place and many people come here only for work.

El desayuno muy bien, la estadía en general bien, los servicios dentro de lo esperado, cómodo, limpio y agradable.

Cons:

Que nos hospedamos en una habitación del piso n°6, y durante la noche, pasajeros de otras habitaciones, presumiblemente miembros de un equipo de fútbol estaban gritando en los pasillos, y golpeando puertas al azar, me imagino buscando a otras personas, y fue muy desagradable, considerando la hora. Considero que como hotel no adoptaron ninguna medida al respecto, considerando que hay cámaras en cada piso, y que la molestia se prolongó por un lapso considerable de minutos.
