The staff were lovely! Very helpful and kind. The room was a bit small - couldn't open suitcase on floor! Great view of Namsan Tower! Watching Netflix on the projector screen was a treat! Free WiFi and access to laundry room a plus+
The location is absolutely unbeatable! Right in the thick of the action but incredibly quiet in the rooms. The terrace is amazing with an awesome view of Seoul Tower.
It’s super clean and staff are really friendly and helpful. Coffee machine in the lobby and free toothbrush and toothpaste on arrival adds such great value for money.
No lifts! I was on the fifth floor and had to pull an enormous suitcase all the way up and it was hard work, but honestly it was all part of the experience!
Also the rooms are TINY. But again, part of the experience. I had what I think was one of the biggest rooms in the hotel but I saw the standard ‘cosy rooms’ and it was comical/hilarious how small they were.
The staff was specially nice and the locations is absolutely perfect! 30 second walk from the 명동 station and 3 min walk from the airbus limousine! Our room was on the 5th floor and Jason was so so nice and helped us carry everything upstairs.
Nothing, even our room was perfect and spacious.
Good location and comfortable beds
The room was not well ventilated and had a mouldy smell. There was mould around the base of the toilet.

bathroom is horrible - we were on ground floor so the smell from the bathroom drain was horrific, there is no partition so when u shower everything including the TP got wet, shower handle broke and they didn’t fix it, then the flush broke and we couldn’t use the toilet
Walk from the hotel to the mainroad, cross it, and your in the main touristic shopping area. But for a good breakfast, you do not even have to leave the street, as there are already 4 places to eat before you reach the main road. The hotel has on several floors free to use coffeemachines, and on the ground floor also cool and hot water and ice cubes. Also there are a few weighing machines, so you can weigh your suitcases. Nice terras to overlook the back of the city, towards the Seoul Tower. Oh, and this was the first time ever I encountered and could use a bidet toilet seat. It was an heated toilet seat aswell. I can not fault the pictures, but it felt different to what we expected. Not much room to store your suitcases and carry-on's. The bed is a sturdy one, not hard-hard, but still. You can sit on the floor at the end of the bed, but as a middle aged person, my knees had issues trying to get out of bed this low. (we couldn't use the seats as we had to put our suitcases there). The shower is connected to the tap, and the water has to pass that sink before the water reaches you. Theres is ample water pressure to do so and the water is of good temperature, However, as an European, the water is to low for me to wash my hair without going in 'praying-mode'. And one thing that wasn't the hotel's fault, the bus driver of the airport shuttle told us to get of at the other side of the shopping area. Only after walking through the whole center and reached to other side (4 suitcases!) we found the same bus was there on it's final stop. It killed our mood and resonated for 2 days.

The location is less than a minute from metro exit. Myeongdong is a traffic light and 3 min walk away. Lobby is a safe 'refuge' complete with good coffee should one desire not to stay in the tiny 'cell'. The staff are friendly, warm and helpful.
The room is substantially more tiny from what I expected it to be small. I can't enter the room without brushing against the wall mirror. Bathroom is only for the slim amd slender to use comfortably. Busy fixing back the basin hose which even drops off in the middle of the night..
La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero strategica, praticamente nel cuore del quartiere di Myeongdong: è possibile raggiungere comodamente a piedi il centro e avere a disposizione tutti i mezzi necessari per spostarsi facilmente in ogni zona della città.
Un altro punto a favore è sicuramente il personale, sempre cordiale, gentile e accogliente, con un sorriso che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio! 😊
La stanza singola è un po’ piccola, ma ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Marguerite! ❤️ The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Seoul, close to everything you need. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul! 🇰🇷
The service, the location excellent. No lift however staff very helpful and willing to carry luggage. Immaculately clean. Everything you need.
The stairs maybe difficult for older travellers.

Great staff. They assisted with our bags up the stairs. The staff went out of their way for us. They booked a taxi for us at 4am and he was early. It's a hour to airport and we had.an hour flight. The area we stayed was fantastic close to all the shipping streets and train and bus stations.. Great location. The windows doubled glazed. Our shower was really good.
The stairs were skinny and a bit even. Our bathroom smelt moldy and not sure why. The room was a bit small and so was the bed for 2 people. But the bed was comfortable.
