I enjoyed Kigali! Clean and peaceful
Pros:

The staff is very friendly, the food taste is great, fresh and healthy. They are very generous with food. The guy who was assisting with serving food (i forgot his name🫣, extremely professional) & pays attention to details.

Cons:

They clean the room daily but never checked the toilet paper. I had to ask for toilet paper. My colleague from another room had a similar issue of toilet paper. The room lacked adequate ventilation, after bathing i needed to open the door for fresh air. Cleanliness was a priority to them🙏🏻

Séjour agréable j'y retournerais sans hésiter et je le recommande aux amis.

Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est très bien fourni, diversifié et généreux. Buffet à volonté Bien disposé, propre et frais. Le resteurant est bien placé sur une terasse ouverte et bien ensoleillée

Cons:

deux nuits sans eau chaude mais vite reglé sans faute. La toilette fuyait. Pas de poigné à la porte de la salle de bain

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staffs were nice and warm, the breakfast was superb, the View!! OMG i loved it. Its also in a very great location close to a lot of stores and Car free zone.
