Horrible
Pros:

Check in.
A bad storm came through and they had no power for the duration of stay. And told me I would receive a refund. Yet. Here I am fighting to get my money back after I was told I would be refunded.

Cons:

No communication after I was lied to. Now I’m fighting to get my refund for the night I did not stay there because of the storm.
