Fantastic location, friendly staff, large room with fantastic view. The restaurant below the hotel is very friendly and offers great food.
We had a strong drain smell in our bathroom, possibly more of a city than hotel issue and a few ugly patches on the ceiling where water had come through.
The location was fantastic. So close to a lotbof attractions, restaurants and shopping
The breakfast could do with a little bit of improving as not everybody likes to eat salad and cake for breakfast.

The location adjacent so many main attractions and trams was amazing. The hotel is in a great liitle walking street with bars, restaurants and general stores. Has a rooftop breakfast room too with view over mosques and Bosphorus.
It would be great to have some cut fruit for the breakfast.

Sehr freundliches, bemühtes Personal und ordentliche Zimmer (Deluxe Suite) direkt im Stadtzentrum. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Betten waren gut, die Klima funktionierte und reichlich TV-Sender vorhanden, wenn man es denn braucht (aber keine Deutschen). Wir fanden die Auswahl beim Frühstück recht ordentlich und auch nett zubereitet, auch wenn nicht alles unseren Geschmack traf. Mitten im Zentrum bedeutet nicht immer eine absolut ruhige Nacht, aber für so viel Trubel drumherum empfanden das als nicht störend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Das Badezimmer roch übel nach Abfluss. Man kümmerte sich zwar umgehend, konnte aber keine Abhilfe schaffen. Nicht akzeptabel ist allerdings, dass dieser Zustand laut vorangegangenen Bewertungen auch schon bestand - hier sollte nachgebessert werden!
L'emplacement est absolument parfait pour visiter les principaux monuments. Tous sont accessibles à pied, et la station de tram juste à côté dessert les autres quartiers en quelques minutes.
Le personnel est très gentil et serviable, plein de bons conseils et prêt à vous aider.
Le petit déjeuner est varié, simple mais de qualité, et en quantité. La vue sur la ville est très agréable au matin !
La literie est confortable également.
La rue adjacente est assez bruyante, à cause des restaurants voisins. Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, cela sera gênant.
