Pros:

I absolutely loved the location, the cleanliness, and the Wi-Fi connection. It was excellent and made my stay very comfortable. Most of the staff were welcoming and helpful

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the fact that the hotel did not have a baby cot available. Fortunately, the staff found a solution for us, which we really appreciated.

Most of the staff were welcoming and helpful, except for one staff member, Ahmed, whose behavior towards us was inappropriate and, in my opinion, discriminatory.

There was an incident where I apologized for something, and his response was simply, “Not sorry, I don’t accept this,” which I found very disrespectful and embarrassing, especially in front of other guests.

السلام عليكم كان الفندق رائع وجميع مناسبه الى الموقع والرسوم كنات نسبيا جيده لاكن في شيئان مزعجان اولا لا يوجد اسره للاطفال انا حجزت الثلاث اشخاص بالغين وطفلان لاكن عما اتينا تبين انه لا روجد اسره للاطفال وطررنا ان اضع اطفالي بيني وبين زوجتي هاذه الشي الوحيد الذي ازعجني كثيرا وثاني شي عندما طلبنا غطاء الى طفلاي قالو لا يوجد لدينا لذالك اتمنا ان يبلغو النزالاء انه لا يوجد اسره للاطفال وشكرا

Cons:

Душова була настільки мала, що двері не відчинялися повністю. Вийти з душа можна було лише боком. Душ протікав, лійка була надщербнута, і вода лилася з усіх щілин. Сніданок був одноманітний і дуже обмежений, навіть фруктів не було. В номері дуже був не приємний запах сигарет. За таку ціну можна знайти кращий варіант в цьому ж районі.

Замечательный отель. Прекрасное расположение. Магазины, рестораны, кафе, обменник, аптека, всё что только хочешь. На рецепции очень внимательные и отзывчивые ребята. Достопримечательности есть в пешей доступности, остановка трамвая, метро и автобуса рядом. В номере холодильник, чайник, принадлежности. Чай, кофе и воду дополняют ежедневно. Туалетные принадлежности, зубная щётка, паста, гели, шапочка, ватные диски и палочки. Также тапочки. Интернет нормальный. Есть камера хранения и весы, удобно перед аэропортом взвеситься. Завтрак хороший, зелень, овощи и фрукты свежайшие.

Cons:

Забыли на завтрак печеньки 🍪 к чаю поставить.
