Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel

Prince offered us great customer service experience and the food/ambience was also very good.

vamshi and his colleagues are polite
they keep my room tidy and clean which is far more important
making sure i have clean towels and refill of water everyday
also it added when they create some design at the bed so whenever i came back to my room from a tiring day it lighten up. i am so thankful.

If you are thinking of staying in Hyderabad, I cannot recommend the Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel enough. Our family recently stayed in their Serviced Apartments for 44 nights, and the entire experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The apartments are generously sized and gave us the comfort and space of living in our own home rather than a hotel.

When you stay somewhere for that long, you inevitably need specific, everyday items. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, quickly providing us with extra cutlery, utensils, and anything else we requested to make our extended stay comfortable.

What truly set this hotel apart, however, was how they treated my 7 and 4-year-old kids. The staff went above and beyond to make them feel special, happily cooking off-menu, non-spicy meals perfectly tailored to their tastes. My kids made friends with almost everyone in the hotel! They felt so safe and at home that they loved heading down to breakfast to order what they wanted from the restaurant and the store. They were also regulars in the lounge, and whenever we found ourselves needing a little something extra, the staff would immediately whip something up specifically for them.

The hospitality, warmth, and flexibility of the entire team made our stay seamless and deeply memorable. If you are looking for a place to stay in Hyderabad—especially for a long-term family stay—look no further. The Sheraton and its phenomenal staff will take wonderful care of you!

Wonderful Stay at Sheraton Hyderabad

I had a wonderful and memorable stay at Sheraton Hyderabad. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and service were excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the overall ambience of the hotel was fantastic.

A special and heartfelt mention to Kritigya, who truly made my stay more comfortable and memorable. She was exceptionally warm, kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the way she genuinely cared about the guest experience and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude, polite communication, and attention to even the smallest details really stood out. Her hospitality is definitely one of the highlights of my stay at Sheraton Hyderabad.

I would also like to sincerely appreciate Laxman for his prompt and courteous room service. He was always helpful and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly.

A special appreciation to Nagaraju and Prince as well for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They were very polite, attentive, respectful, and always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Their professionalism made my experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Sheraton Hyderabad. A big thank you to Kritigya, Laxman, Nagaraju, Prince, and the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. The genuine hospitality and excellent service truly made a difference.

Best breakfast and best location

I had a very good overall experience during my one-night stay at Sheraton Hyderabad. The hotel has a pleasant ambience, comfortable facilities, and the food was also very good.

I also conducted a meeting at the hotel, and everything was well arranged and supported throughout the day.

A special shout-out to Leima at the Lounge for her excellent support and hospitality. She was attentive, helpful, and made our experience even better.

Overall, a very pleasant stay and meeting experience. I would be happy to stay at Sheraton Hyderabad again.

It's been an amazing experience at Sheraton. Right from check in where the front desk executive Sonali Biswaswas exceptional with her customer service to Vishnu that helped me with errands to a smooth checkout, everything was picture perfect.
