really budget hotel but location is very good
Pros:

mainly, its location, right at the heart of Myeongdong market, and shares building with a korean bbq restaurant, a chicken and beer restaurant, and a coffee shop. the room was small but clean and not noisy

Cons:

only one elevator, and during our visit was unoperational for 2 days including the day of our check in where we have to climb up to the 8th floor to check in. also stairway is narrow and becomes more challenging because some parts are being used as storage of the other businesses in the building.

Great location, but small rooms and bed.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

Everything was too small. The bed was small, the window was small, the room was really small. We only had 2 small pieces of luggage and the space in the room was already entirely filled. The elevator broke down during our stay, so for half of our stay we had to walk 7 floors up and down.

リフトが修理されたら、いいと思う
Pros:

ロケーション　明洞駅から歩いて2分

Cons:

リフトが故障中でスーツケースを持って階段で7階から降りなければならなかった。
あと、鍵が１つしかないので連れと別行動できない。

Location top, Personal sehr freundlich, kleine Reparatur im Bad wurde umgehend durchgeführt

Cons:

Unangenehmer Geruch im Bad wurde erst nach Reinigung am dritten Tag besser, fleckige Bettwäsche, nur sehr kleines Fenster

Posizione ottima! Al centro di Myeong-dong e vicinissima a fermate di metro e bus.
Nonostante la posizione la stanza era molto silenziosa.
Dimensioni giuste
A disposizione macchina del caffe e dispenser di acqua fresca, molto gradito!

Pros:

They have washlets in all the toilets so the bathroom and water pressure were really good. There's a rooftop cafe with cheap coffee, and the lounge has hot water and a microwave.

Cons:

It's pretty old and not the fanciest. It's not a hotel in the normal sense.
