Shopping malls within walking distance
Doesn’t provide bottled drinking water; soundproof is bad can hear the water running noise from next room
It's one of the cheaper hotels that aren't horrible dumps but rather nice. Just the room size is crazy-small...
The feeling upon checking in is quite nice, though.
The room is just extremely small. Open a suitcase: not possible, except on the bed.
I asked for an iron to iron a shirt.
I made to mistake to not check the surface of the iron - there were dark stains on it. So I ironed clack stains into my extremely expensive white designer-brand short. To be honest, I expect an iron from the hotel to be clean.
The staff first said that they would take care of the problem in the way of a reimbursement of the damage.
Then after I was gone, they sent a message that t there was no stains found and therefore don't accept the reclamation. After two people had seen the stains on site. (meaning they accuse their "dear, valued" guests of lying)
So this is a total no go.
The hotel was clean, and the overall environment was nice. I had a pleasant stay overall.
However, the soundproofing could definitely be improved. Early in the morning, other guests were talking loudly in the hallway, which was quite disturbing. I could also clearly hear doors opening and closing from the rooms next to, in front of, and behind mine. There was a lot of noise from the corridor, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
If the soundproofing were improved, the overall stay would be much better.
