Room was next to the elevator, hot and cold were reversed on shower, balcony needed paint upgrade. No staff around during our stay.
Close to Dock Square.
Elevator was filthy. We asked the front desk to have it cleaned or at least vacuumed but it never happened during the two days of our stay. Breakfast was a lot of sweets and carbs. Better to eat in town. The room thermostat was unresponsive. We won't be back. Charged us for a "user fee" for the outside pool and the bicycles. It was winter with snow and ice. We protested and eventually got a refund. TV was impossible to use. Instructions provided were cryptic and useless.
Great location and the staff was friendly but not around much. The restaurant smell was a factor late at night and early in the morning in the elevator.
Can’t beat this hotel for convenience in Kennebunkport! And with hard to find parking in the city, the hotel parking was great! Rooms could use a little work, staff hours could be improved, and the breakfast was good but more drink options would be good as well as a microwave. Nothing so bad that I wouldn’t go back though!

It shows Breakfast on your site, but what I paid for 4 nights it should have been a hot breakfast. I know space was limited, it would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Water pressure was not the greatest. Overall it was very nice and convenient to shopping and restaurants.
I loved the deck off the room, to people watch, listen to live music across the street (stopped at 9pm), and read a book in the sunshine.
