Top Lage am Rhein!
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, auch zur Messe und zum Stadion. Schöne Außenanlage und toller Frühstücksraum. Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet mit Standventilator wegen der aktuellen Hitze. Den kann man nachts allerdings nicht laufen lassen, zu laut zum Schlafen.

Cons:

Lange Wartezeiten auf der Terrasse, Bestellungen wurden schleppend aufgenommen. Zum Abkassieren kam niemand. Personal wirkte überfordert. Personal am Frühstücksbuffet war unfreundlich.

Die Nähe zur Arena

Cons:

Das die Zimmer um 15:00 Uhr fertig sein sollten. Sie aber um 17:00 noch nicht fertig waren und wir zu einer Veranstaltung gehen wollten, das Personal darauf angesprochen, kam nur Achselzucken 🤷🏼‍♂️ kann man nichts machen

Zimmer mit mindestens 10 Jahren Renovierungsstau, aber tolle Aussicht
Pros:

Das Zimmer unterm Dach war geräumig und die beiden 140cm-Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Aussicht direkt auf den Rhein war toll. Das Frühstück war solide, auch wenn es nur (immerhin sehr guten) Thermoskannenkaffee gab. Die gratis Minibar (alkoholfrei) ist ein Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte vor mindestens 10 Jahren renoviert werden müssen. Das Bad war mehr als nur abgenutzt (viele kaputte Fliesen, großflächig abgeplatzte / abgeschlagene Furniere) und die Einrichtung im Zimmer war, die Betten und Sessel ausgenommen, von billigster Qualität (IKEA LACK Schreibtischplatte etc). Im Bad war sehr viel Schmutz und dicke Spinnweben um die Heizung und in der Minibar war nur ein angebrochener Saft, auf Nachfrage hätte da wohl eine Auswahl an selbstverständlich original verschlossenen Säften rein gehört. Wir haben dann aber direkt 2 Säfte bekommen.

Schön dort, mit Luft nach oben :-)
Pros:

Es ist eine interessante Lage der Unterkunft direkt am Rhein mit tollen Blick.

Cons:

Leider war es warm ohne Klimaanlage und offene Fenster waren bei unseren Temperaturen notwendig. Leider ankerte ein Eventschiff unmittelbar in der Nähe, welches die gesamte Nacht Lärm machte.
