Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel, moderne und dennoch gemütliche Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer und kleinem Kühlschrank, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (Herr Gnann und seine Mitarbeiter sind sehr entgegenkommend und immer sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen oder etwaigen Problemen mit der Buchung, Bezahlung, Verlängerung etc), ruhige Lage am Stadtrand von Augsburg (dennoch gut mit Auto und ÖPNV zu erreichen, Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca fünf Minuten entfernt...), bin immer wieder gerne Gast dort und auch schon öfters gewesen...

Late check in worked without issue.

Cons:

This was the worst experience we had. Cleanliness you can forget as there is a "carpet of death" inside which has I do not know what living inside. We arrived after midnight the first night (more like early in the morning) the second night, the smell became so unbearable that we just went to our car to sleep.

Cannot emphasise enough, do not book this place even if it is for free!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Cons:

Im Dachgeschosszimmer ist es während der Sommertage sehr heiß. Eine Klimaanlage fehlt.
