Unglaublicher Service. Wunderschönes Hotel. Lage am lauten aber sehr schön zu beobachtenden Megakreisel. Balkon lohnt sich! Freistehende Badewanne mit Blick auf den Kreisel. Liegt fussläufig an einigen Malls und Chinatown. Direkter klimatisierter Zugang zu Grand Mall. Gutes Menü in der Executive Lounge. Frühstück exzellent.

A wonderful stay with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. We’ll definitely be back!
Pros:

We had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in, which made our arrival much more convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, making every morning enjoyable. The hotel’s central location was also perfect for exploring Jakarta.

Cons:

There was nothing major to dislike. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and a great experience.

Pros:

Perfect location for exploring Jakarta. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop pool and a great gym! Close to everything (within walking distance, but Jakarta is not really a walkable city), including two great malls. We're still thinking about the breakfast there - so much variety and so delicious!

Cons:

We had some issues with our toilet, but the staff fixed them right away. Otherwise, nothing bad to say about the hotel - great staff and great facilities!

Their are not pleasant. The management. I am a regular here and they dont appreciate that. They are not having the flexiblity to adjust my stay when i requested. And it’s not the first time. I dont think its worth to be loyal here anymore.

We really loved our stay. The staff was really nice especially our piccolo Kasmuri. He helped us with everything and asked us frequently if we enjoyed our stay. Hey was really nice. I would recommend it to everyone whom comes to Jakarta❤️

Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. The location is unbeatable, with Grand Indonesia Mall directly connected to the hotel and Thamrin City Mall just a 10–15 minute walk away, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of delicious options.

Overall, a fantastic hotel with exceptional service, great facilities, and one of the best locations in Jakarta. I would definitely stay here again.
